Bed was clean The room was unmarked compared to the other rooms that had a number which 1. Feels unsafe as a female traveler and 2. Difficult to find The room itself was dirty, hair from previous guests, toilet was not clean, ants in room, was left with about 3 squares of toilet paper and no extra rolls. Shower only worked when the sink was on? Very noisy. The accommodation also will contact you through WhatsApp which is not allowed via booking.com policies cancelled the rest of my stay

Decent amount of essential amenities Everything much older than in pic. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and we didn’t have hot shower for 3 days straight. We complained, they did try to fix it but didn’t work. Also the rug under the table was pretty dirty, lots of dust and hair from previous guests. The daily cleaning service was not very thorough too, I felt like they just replaced out towels One more thing, the elevator is pretty hit or miss. If you get in there, and you hit the floor, and it does not move. Don’t be panic. Just hit the “open” button, open the door then close it again, it might work

The room had a strong odor and a loud air conditioner compressor. Although I booked a garden, view room, I received a wall view instead. While the price was attractive, the photos posted were misleading.

L’anmien is ideally located near many restaurants and coffee shops on a quiet side road in Tan Dinh (just outside the main tourist areas). Two minutes from the famous Pink Church and Tan Dinh Park. A 15-20 minute walk to District One and the main tourist zone (very easy to find). The room was very clean and the housekeeping lady very helpful and friendly when I requested the room to be cleaned or new towels and bed clothes. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything for me to cook and store food. Highly recommended and good value. N/A

1. Location is fine, and the neighborhood is quiet. 2. The check-in guide was clear. 1. The shower design is edgy, took some time to get used to it. 2. The A/C is out of order (not cooling at all, and dripping all night), needs to repair or get a new one. 3. Deposit required, might need a VN account to complete the booking. 4. Room allocation issue, not sure it was oversold or just a miscommunication during reservation. We were almost broken into by another tenant at 2:43 AM.
