- nice and friendly staffs - clean and comfortable bed - only 100m go to busy/crazy barstreets. but nighttime inside alley quiet good sleep - easy late check-in only can ring the bells nothings because price suitable!

Highly recommend this place! I had a fantastic time exploring the new city, and coming back to such a clean and cozy room made it even better. It has all the basic amenities you need for my hassle-free trip. Huge shoutout to the staff for being so sweet and accommodating. 10/10!

Great hotel to stay just steps from Walking Street. This place is great. Super clean and super friendly staff. The location could not be better!! Hundreds of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also within walking distance of major sights such as the War Remnants Museum. There is a 7/11 only 50 ft from the hotel. The room has everything you coudl need such as toiletries, private bathroom and air con. Would stay here every time I am in Ho Chi Minh.

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I truly love staying here. Your family‑run hotel has such a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, and it always feels like a home away from home. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and I really appreciate how helpful you are with arranging tours and recommending great places to eat. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience every time I visit. This will always be my place to stay in Saigon.

Stairs, but understandable.. Still a good value for what it offers.

It’s a bit noisy in the evening due to the loud music from the bars. But it’s the risk having the accomodation so close to the walking streets with full of bars

In a busy area but so quiet at night somehow. The staff was amazing and there was a ton of vegan food in walking distance nearby. A great little break from the pace of the city.

The location is great. Walking distance from main touristic attractions, also right behind a busy night life street, lots of places to eat and pharmacies around. The staff were all very kind, and the hotel offers laundry service. The bathroom didn’t have a shower box so the entire bathroom would get all wet after showering, but it’s so hot in HCMC that it would dry out within 2 hours.

Perfect location: just a few steps away from the bustling food street that stays open all night, yet the rooms remain quiet for a good night’s sleep. It’s clean and run by a friendly family — my top choice whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. consider if you are Asian requiring elevator.

My fault for not checking first but I did miss not having the convenience of a lift. We were helped with bags etc up and down the stairs.

Location is very convenient and has a lot of establishments just outside the property.

It's located exactly next to 7/11 where almost every daily use items are available. Also next to it is a bike rental shop if you are interested. The street next to it is very very loud with clubs and bars but we could not hear anything when we were sleeping in the hotel room.

Near Bus Terminal and plethora of eateries. Room well done with Japanese branded vanity and aircon. Bright and airy.
