A comprehensive breakfast was available, but much of it was often cold . . . shame, because all the trays had heaters beneath, it wouldn't have been much effort to keep it hot

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast offered had a variety of options to choose from. The hot water running in our bathroom came out quite murky so it was off putting for our children who are not used to seeing that. We ended up going for very lukewarm baths to avoid this.

Modern rooms, all clean, all funcional. Very friendly staff. Good location in District 3. Walking distance about 15 minutes to District 1. Calme and quiet at night. Asian and Western breakfast. All very good. We would return to this hotel.

Everything very good except 1 thing Buffet in lllmorning could be better, like cook bacon Out of 7 days I was there only 2 days had lots of fruit The First Hotel look at there buffet very good and cost less to less 4 star

Very central but far enough away from the District 1 noise. Great staff, good food for breakfast, and all conveniences on the doorstep. The bathroom was a little dated, could do with an upgrade. When big groups come through, you can’t get a seat for breakfast.

Staffs are extremely welcoming and polite. The bell boy help me with mine heavy luggage as there are stairs on the hotel entrance. Room is big enough for me and the location is the best. District 3 but it's next to District 1. There also a lot of Korean, Japanese grilled/ hot pot restaurant nearby and just few blocks to Bui Vien Street. So highly recommended to stay here. At first I thought to be a normal hotel, it turned out to be really good, cleanliness and everything. Definitely come back here again! nothing

Room is nice, new and clean. Location is great! Sai Gon Mall is nearby which has everything you need for food/ drink, it also has a cinema there. You can also take a walk to Bui Vien Street, just few blocks away. Friendly and helpful staff and overall a good short term stay. I will comeback in the future!

・You can exchange money if you ask at the front desk. The exchange rate is better than at the airport. ・The reception staff were very kind. They called a taxi to the airport for us, even though it was difficult to book one due to the squall. We're grateful for your kind service.
