Was not like the Can Tho one.

Professional staff and service. With that price, everything is acceptable. The room is a bit small.

The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were good enough. The decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel is so calm so that you can grab your book and enjoy your time at the lobby. Their music taste is nice. The best part of my accommodation was the staff. They were so helpful in terms of advising places for spa and restaurants. They are here whenever you need, to make you feel comfortable and safe and this means beyond everything when you are a female solo traveler. I specially thank to Miss. Quyen from the bar for her kind service and guidance and her colleagues Mr. Vu and Bao. I will definitely stay here when I come to Vietnam and they deserve a 5 star.

A pleasant stay — compact but well equipped room, soft bedding, quality breakfast, fine location and flexible check-in & out time. Definitely want to come here again! Would be nice to have in-room slippers.

What I really liked about my stay at Win Hayat in Ho Chi Minh City was how smooth and flexible everything felt from the start. The biggest highlight for me was the 24-hour check-in system no stress about early arrivals or waiting around, which is honestly a game changer after a long journey. I also appreciated the contactless check-in process, which was super convenient and quick. The property offers a great city view, especially with its proximity to the Saigon River, making the overall experience even more relaxing. On top of that, the location is quite good close enough to key areas while still feeling calm and comfortable. Overall, it made the stay hassle free and very enjoyable. What I didn’t particularly like about my stay was the lack of on site staff. While the self-service and contactless system is convenient, it can feel a bit impersonal at times. There’s limited human interaction, which makes it harder if you need immediate assistance or have specific requests. I think having at least some staff presence or quicker support options would really improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel's food is diverse and delicious. The hotel has a good location and is convenient for getting around. There's nothing.

Excellent location for us. We've stayed at this location in the past and liked it enough to come back. The staff were all very lovely and helpful as usual. We appreciated the super clean and comfy bed and the view from the 12th floor was great. we had the family room and it worked out very nicely for us. Appreciated the multiple electric outlets for our devices in good locations throughout the room. Could use more space like drawers for clothes for our long stay. everything else was fine.

I liked how you get 24 hours. They had a laundry. Staff was great. They responded quickly when you need help even late at night. Nothing. Everything was great.

Clean facility nice gym and amazing breakfast. Great locations with shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff. They are very flexible with early and late check-outs. The rooms are small.

The staffs are excellent. They answered our calls and served our needs even late at night or on early morning. Mr. Thoai , Ms. Thy and Ms. Nhi always helped us to find restaurant, to call a taxi, or any our needs.

Great experience at Wink. Comfortable bed, tasty food options and very pleasant staff. Looking forward to a return.
