The mattress and blanket were not clean, and there were flies and mosquitoes in the room. Anyway, it is also my fault for not informing the staff. We were too tired to complain to the staff.

Easy access Stairs to the 5th floor. The bus payed was a two layer sleeper with less and vip. Wow this was a shot hole. The bus is probably 30 years old and falling apart. We stopped 3 time so the driver could fix his seat. With the about of times the driver blows the horn. Not sure how any body could sleep. Paid $400,000 value $150,000. The stop for food not good take a lunch. Better yet don't take any services from this hotel. And request lower floor or move.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They cleaned my room anytime, gave me water and gave me a towel There were several cockroaches in the bathroom. No elevator so we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to our room.

The young lady working there was very helpful. She helped me book and grab and get hotel rooms when they were booked

No elevator in the building might be an issue for some guests. However staff offers to carry the luggage upstairs for you, and stairway is not that steep anyways.

Location nice. Plenty restsurants nearby.. even many Indian restaurants too ..Rooms are clean. Staff very very co operative and helpful. All our trips arranged by the owner and really wonderful.. nothing to complaint. if we make another trip our first choice will be Ailen Boutique Hotel. Keep up the good work dear friends..

Room was big, clean and confortable. We had hot shower and big beds. The host was nice eventhough she did not speack english therefore we had to communicate through google translate. They offer very good laundry services Wifi was very bad and the TV was not connected to internet

Great location on a quiet side street near Bui Vien walking street. Friendly owner/manager. Bed was a little hard, as is common in Asia. But the shower was great, a/c worked well and breakfast is available for a reasonable amount. You can book your onward travel through the hotel as well. Nothing negative. Ask for a room facing away from the street if you are sensitive to street sounds.
