I stayed one night during a long journey. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere. I asked for another room, but it was just as bad—hair in the bed, on the floor, everywhere. Definitely not a clean or comfortable stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

The bed was ok and the room was clean. That's it. I paid for double room and the manager told me not to use both rooms and was quite rude about it. He then scammed me by charging me double price for a packet of ciggerttes which he said was menthol two times I asked him ans yep they were not menthol. Ok this one is the biggest complaint from me, This "hotel" is a LOVE HOTEL!!! An UNDISCLOSED LOVE HOTEL on Booking.com and if I would of known this I would not of booked it in the first place. If that's what you want then fine I guess but I call BS on this place for not disclosing facts. Vietnam very scammy be warned.

Friendly staff. Urinals in bathrooms Aircon and fans Elevators James said he slept fine then changed his mind right away to great Location wasn't great Beds and pillows may as well be rocks.

Wifi have problem and I can not connect and use it

For the price the room I had was just fine. But for European standards it is a no. But still, I can’t complain! The staff were very friendly although the English wasn’t that great. The furniture in my room was a bit disgusting, you can see about a hundred sigaret buds being extinguished on them.
