Nothing! When I got to the hotel from the airport at 8 p.m. I was told my reservation had been cancelled because I had stated my check in time at 3 pm (Huh?!! I had not and even if I had, did they mean a confirmed reservation is not confirmed? Terrible experience. Finally told me they will walk me over to a 'sister property' they have 2 minutes walk. The 'sister property' called Hotel Minh Tam was a very delapitated hotel, said accepted cash only and finally agreed to accept all the cash that I had even though it was less than their rate because I was leaving back to the airport in less than 5 hours. The room was very dirty and I ended up taking a quick shower and leaving for the hotel less than 45 minutes after checking in.

Loved this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Well worth booking a room with a balcony. Lots of room to sit outside and watch the world go by. Located on a busy corner and was a little noisy at night but the comfortable bed, cozy room and balcony made up for it. Close to the airport. No shuttle but taxi available through front desk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cash only.

No breakfast. Not good location Actual room is smaller than the room from advertisement for Deluxe Double Room. Request was not resolved. Hotel personnel claimed for Booking.com's mistake to do advertisement on Booking.com.

Large clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with lots of hot water, friendly staff. We were on the 2nd floor, so some muffled noise from the road but not too bad. We aren't young but we are active and travelling with back packs- we're able to comfortably walk to the airport (flat terrain and safe neighbourhood).

The reception is opened 24/7 which is really helpful for a late flight and it is near the airport. The hotel is ok for an airport hotel. Someone tried to enter our room around 6am which was quite unpleasant. Also, there was a lot of noise in the corridors early in the morning.
