The hotel was hard to find at first, my GRAB driver phoned the hotel for instructions. The actual accommodation is next to their main office and not well sign posted. You walk into the ground floor and it houses motor bikes. However, elevator to Level 2, Apartment 2A the room was fantasic, lovely, clean and modern, great shower and bonus large TV. Also balcony off room. The location is in the heart of vietnamese living neighbourhood. Don't expect western ameneties where this hotel is located. It is a lower economic area with great vietnamese food offerings. I got bone takeaway from two lovely ladies who made me up a take away pack for me. I was only staying for one night before flying out of Ho Chi Min the next morning. I was more than happy with my room and the lady that checked me in was so helpful. If you are budget minded and don't mind the location then this is well worth the stay. Where the motor bikes were parked, on the ground floor of the apartments, it could do with a tidy up and a sweep as you have to walk through here to the elevator. Apart from that it was fine.

The room size was adequate for 2 persons. We had a very comfortable queen bed and a medium size refrigerator good for long term staying. The bathroom was great with separate shower area. The price is good for the ammenities and facility provided. We stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed it. The location is a little off from most major city attractions. Plus it does not have a weight scale needed for airport baggage weight limits.

The only downside is the location, it's in a super busy area, hence a lot of traffic and always with traffic jams. takes a long tiime to get anywher.

Clean, comfortable bed. Elevator was a nice touch. Toiletries provided. The location was good. The staff was very polite, said he gave me an upgrade but it didn’t feel like so. They tried calling to confirm while I was mid-flight and could not respond, then proceeded to cancel my reservation. They claimed to give me an upgrade but there were no towels in the room. Hot water was turned off at night. The room has a projector instead of a TV which whirred really loudly and made it difficult to watch anything before bed. The doors slam shut and you can hear everything in the corridors. No soundproofing.

Spa bathroom was one of the things that made us choose this hotel but it was not working. TV also not working. As most places in Saigon, it is cash only.
