The room, staff and location was great! There’s free laundry, quick response from staff if you message on whatsapp, lots of restaurants nearby - of note, the hotel is a 3 min walk from a 2x michelin pho spot that is AMAZING for just 70k VND Would prefer a divider in the washroom shower area as otherwise it all gets wet

Nice location, clean apartment with huge balcony. The bonus is the laundry room, which was spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

This nice little hotel, hidden away in the streets of District 3. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Grab a bowl of phở at Phở Miến Gà Kỳ Đồng - a must-try spot nearby. And, CÀ PHÊ X COFFEE and Over ExtracteD serve excellent coffee. While the floor was a bit dusty upon arrival, the team promptly addressed it when I brought it to their attention.

Rooms were very big and spacious especially given the price point, as well as clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the facilities especially the free washing machines, and the staff were very helpful and kind Location was a bit out of the way, but it’s easier to get around there were some interesting finds in the area

I chose pay in advance online before coming, but when I arrived they demanded me to pay again despite in the Booking confirmation it says that money was gonna be withdrawn from my card. They said I could go find another hotel if I didnt pay upfront also.

The rooms are just huge and the staff is very polite. they helped me print out documents, and also when leaving Tan helped me catch a taxi and carry my suitcase. Thank you for my comfortable time in your hotel.

The place is well maintained, it has the feeling of a Hostel, but more classy, clean and sweet. The location is not amazing for a vacation, I’d say District 3 in general is less nice to walk around in the evening, yet it’s very easy and cheap to take a Grab taxi so we were easily going to other areas. We specifically had a really noisy neighbors but I guess that’s a luck thing :) And it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator maybe… All and all- great value for money and the place is being taken care of very well!

The convenient location. Centrally located. Strong local vibe able to experience local culture. Many good food surrounding the hotel. The pillows and the bed were soft. Had to ask for extra pillows.

Very stylish, new and clean. Perfect if you want to stay near to the train station, it’s a 10 minutes walk only. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
