very nice room. tastefully decorated. Centrally located with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Lovely and helpful staff.....the receptionist quickly easily helped me to remedy the 'one chair per room' problem. Cam on ! While the room is spotlessly clean, the balcony never seems to be cleaned. A Double Room with balcony includes 1 (ONE) chair. so if you want to sit on the balcony, you have to drag the ONE chair outside. If you occupy that room with two people, one of them has to stand.......come on people....THINK !

Strategic location with plenty of foods and drinks nearby there. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Abit noisy since it’s nearby the Main Street and nightlife street.

Room and windows I thought it was very over priced and overated.. The entry to the property was very poor. Room was clean, basic Corredors were tired, run down and in desperate need of a thorough scrub.

The location is good and easy to look for food and shopping around. Room is big enough for solo traveller, clean and comfortable, air con and water pressure no problem and WiFi is strong too. Roof top no pool and room no TV but these are not main concern for me.

Hotel renovated VERY recently...... Great neighborhood, beautiful rooms, staff friendly and accommodating...... happy to stay here..... first hotel that actually had a proper reading light by the bed ;-) a bit on the expensive side........ A double room with balcony and ONLY ONE chair ???? Chairs are not that expensive.....put TWO on the balcony and AT LEAST one into the room......

Very clean place and pleasant staff. The laundry machines and dryers are definitely convenient if you plan to stay for several days. Super close to the city center, or directly in it, depending on who you ask. This is nothing the hotel staff / owner could've done differently, but there's a restaurant / bar next to the hotel that lets their guests sing karaoke OUT LOUD, with a huge speaker pointing out to the street, up to like 1 am. It could be because I visited during Tet and people were in celebration mode. Sleeping without earplugs was impossible, but gladly we brought some for the flight. If you plan to stay up late (to be fair, this city has a great night life), then it may be ok for you.

The big room with balcony is very nicely decorated. As the roof top terrace. A sofa would help here to relax The road and party area is noisy the whole night in the room as the windows are only single sheet glass.

It was clean No TV! ... No Breakfast. No coffee facilities in room .no side tables .no shower screen

Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, close to restaurants, shopping, bars and coffee. Rooftop and facilities were great. Some of us did not have a water jug in our rooms. No ironing board but had irons. No seats on the balconies.
