The place was extremely unclean, and the overall hygiene standards were very poor. The staff behaved unprofessionally and were not helpful at all, which made the experience even worse. The bathroom, in particular, was in a terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned regularly. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience overall.

The room was completely different from what we seen on the pictures, no hot water at all, no kettle, ants all over the room even on the bed, tv were not working, tv wasnt working, mouldy fridge, mattresses were absolutely disgusting, asked us to pay for an early check in, even this is included in my genius level, toilet were filthy, no toilet paper either. No even window in the room, and we booked deluxe room

Nothing at all The whole place sucked. This really rude manager guy that told us to get lost when we asked for a hand with our bags and he got frustrated and kicked us out
