Can not believe how close to the airport we were , only about two minutes by taxi , 70,000dong taxi from hotel to airport , got stung airport to hotel 250,000 dong . Breakfast was not as good as we hoped for but it was Ok , we would stay here again .

Close to airport for our mid morning departure. Pool was a bonus at this price. Breakfast was small buffet but met our needs. Room was good size and comfortable.

The location was close to the airport. The swimming pool on the rooftop. It was an ok hotel and great value for money. Breakfast could have been better, Vietnam has such fantastic food. A room to leave your bag after checking out, it was possible to leave the bag but they were in front of the elevator.

A factor in booking the room was the note on booking.com that they had an airport shuttle, but they don't. The staff did get us taxis quickly, though, so in the end it wasn't a problem.

The room was reasonably.y modern enough. The pool on the roof was very very basic. The TV was absolutely useless as we couldn't get a clear channel. I felt a bit insecure as it looked like it was in a not so great location. The breakfast here was terrible. The menu is rather inadequate and mainly consisted of just salads and vegetarian options. There was no sausages, bacon etc. Just eggs.

Good location for early flights. Clean, nice beds. Shower was a little wierd but good hot water and pressure. Few Korean restaurants am a Japanese place on the block.

The security guy: Mr Hai is a good professional man who always provides and helps me with my luggage’s. Ms. Pham thi Van the night reception girl was very friendly and cheerful to set up a taxi or grab for us when we needed a ride to go around town. None

Excellent breakfast although it is all Asian orientated .. Chef very kindly made Western Scrambled eggs for me .. Good coffee too. Breakfast staff very obliging .. Location 5 mins to airport terminal by taxi 50,000VND Sent two separate messages requesting a confirmation of a late checkout. No reply received ! Reception staff insisted on changing rooms for a late checkout .. same room standard Rooms are a bit shabby - need a good clean in the bathroom & paint NO hot water to room in the evening .. water was cold // There are better hotels in the area ....

The bellboy was friendly and helpful but the front desk and manager “Trang” was somewhat unprofessional and rude. They charged me $260 VND for one towel when checking out claiming that’s was somehow stained yellowed which I have no idea (maybe that’s towels had that stain pre condition already and it’s was basically my word against them but they refused to listen to me). I have stayed at many hotels before and to me it’s the cost of doing business at a hotel, cleaning and washing a towel, bedsheets. It’s not any different if my shoes happened to be dirty and get in a cab would they charge me more ?
