It's like the saying “expectation vs. reality.” The place was dirty, and the sink smelled bad. I booked from the 28th to the 31st, but I checked out on the 30th due to a power outage. I even upgraded my room, but I still had to move because the VIP room did not meet my expectations. I hope they value customer comfort, especially cleanliness.
