I was asked to pay a 200k deposit, but it still hasn’t been refunded. I also haven’t been able to leave a review earlier because I had issues with my internet connection. During my stay, I found several cockroaches in the bathroom. I asked for toilet paper, but none was provided for the entire stay. On top of that, I even found a mouse inside the toilet. The location is convenient. The bed is so bad, it’s hard and it has bed bugs, I did not sleep properly because I always scratch my skin due to the insects biting me.

The stairs are a bit narrow for someone with luggage to navigate, so keep that in mind if your room is upstairs.

Friendly owner of Hotel that provides me a lot of good offers, provided me a lot of options that help me to pick my room with discount even I got a lot of trouble in number of people gonna stay in hotel. Even all the associates are friendly too and helpful in any personal change in my decision. Room just a little bit dirty at first time I come or upgrade room.

I visit Ho Chi Minh City very often, and I usually don’t book this type of hotel. However, I arrived late, exhausted from traffic jams, and ended up reserving this place almost by chance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The reception was quite mediocre—they insisted on keeping my passport, even though it’s illegal, and instead demanded a 200,000 VND deposit. The room itself was rather dirty, and the TV didn’t work. The worst part was at checkout. Instead of the staff handling it, regular customers (who were just sitting in the lobby) took over and tried to make me pay again for a water bottle—even after I showed them proof that I had already paid! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Poor service, questionable practices, and a lack of professionalism make it a place to avoid.

This hotel has a lot of character. Not your standard 4 walls, a bed, and a toilet... Each room has a unique feel and theme. I have stayed here many times whenever I'm in Saigon, and the staff are always friendly. Lots of good food nearby, and you become part of a neighbourhood here. The hotel can be a little tricky to find, but most drivers don't have a problem. If you ask them to call the hotel for directions, no problem.

An amazing place that truly feels like home. The staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist or share great tips on exploring the city. A special mention goes to Minh, the wonderful owner who makes the experience even more welcoming. The guests here are also fantastic - great people to connect with, exchange experiences, or even build new networks. Highly recommended!

The one thing I like about the hotel is the owner. She is polite, smart, so helpful and also beautiful. I came back to meet her. Hotel location is one of the reason to stay there.

Refunded me First room was not changed, that's ok mistakes happen, second room then had been cleaned but sheets were not washed, there was loose dirt and stains inside the sheets. After that I booked a different hotel and asked for a refund
