It was what I needed. Clean room, great AC, nice bathroom, and cute amenities. I arrived quite late and the address I'd been given in one email was not the right one, so I had a hard time finding the right place (I had no cell services after traveling internationally), but once I found it the staff was very friendly and helpful I got two different communications with two different addresses. The person I needed to speak to was across the street from the address I had and it took me awhile to figure that out.

The staff provides excellent service and good manners, offering helpful information. The room design is cute and modern, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. A convenience store is just a 2-3 minute walk away. We will definitely return.

Nice room and very clean, it doesn't feel like a hotel room, it's like you're staying at your own home. - I found it weird with the windows in the room at the 1st floor, they have 2 big windows which I like, but the view is looking at the alley, and people outside can actually see everything happen in the room if you don't use the curtain. - I didn't like the AC blow the air direct to the bed, even I tried to adjust the AC swing but it wasn't comfortable at all. I'm sensitive with the wind, so I didn't really have a good night sleep in this room.

Walking distance to airport, supermarket close by Staff speaks zero Englisch, had no money change for payment, took years to get a receipt. Room was dusty (my nose got blocked at night), water kettle wasnt working. Bathroom got all wet after showering.

The room is clean and quiet, good for light sleepers. However, hotel located in an alley and sometimes I found it’s hard to direct Grab driver/taxi to go in. I didn’t feel much attentive from the staff at the front. However, staff are super responsive through online supports
