Nothing We had confirmed with hotel an arrival time between 01.00 am and 02..00 am. We arrived at 01.30 am and they did not have rooms available and said sorry and pit us to sleep on the street that time. After tjey cancelled the reservation and said we did not show. Big shame for this hotel to be a Booking.com partener.

Nothing! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable I booked this hotel few weeks in advance. I paid in advance. I message the site ensuring that this is confirmed, because I arrive late for check in between 12-1 AM. Got into the hotel, waited 30 mins. And was told the have “OVERBOOKED”. When you’re exhausted and uncomfortable from the heat, an unreliable hotel isn’t what you want. The “5 minute walk from the airport” includes walking in a highway. I was basically left being homeless in Vietnam.

The employees were nice and helpful! It wasn’t clean, the bathmat was dirty, floors were dirty, nooks were filled with dust and decree, bathroom dirty everywhere. Also people were laughing and talking very loudly very early in the morning

Well, location is good if you have a layover in this city It wasn’t clean, like I just needed few hours nap, I didn’t even dare to get to the bed. We could hear everything, every little step others took, we heard everything. Considering the price my expectations were very low, but it was much worse than I expected. Like I just needed a clean bed for few hours of sleep

The window above the street did not close very noisy asked to change room no problem. So pleased we did.

The hotel is very close to Tan Son international airport (Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City). You can walk about 10-12 minutes leaving from airport parking. It is a bit tricky but the hotel is very near. Also, the hotel is very clean and has all you need for a short stay. The staff accommodate our arrival time & check out time so we could have that extra rest you need when arriving or leaving a hot, humid country.

The check-in was easy, the room was good, with a good shower and clean towels and bed linen. The bed was comfortable and additional pillows were available.

It was a great stay, the food was amazing. The room was adorable and the design was great ! The location is near to all destination.

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Room was really clean, had international plugs for charging devices, mini fridge and little kitchenette, bathroom was super clean as well. I found the hotel to be quiet, bed was comfortable, everything was great for the price and for 1 night before my super early flight. Air con was not very strong. I moved to 2 different rooms and it was fine but could definitely be cleaned/regassed or maybe replaced because it’s not cold enough for really hot/humid days.
