Was decent price The maids harass you at 8 in the morning. You tell them not to disturb and they’ll have the front desk blowing up your phone to your room and cell phone.

Property is usually clean and easy check in process. This stay the outside trash cans were full and the pool was full of garbage and beer cans. Appeared there had been guests that left the mess and it didn’t get cleaned up. Also, the front desk clerk had left and several guests had to wait in the lobby to check in until the manager arrived.

We left our Xbox behind and they were exceptionally kind and helpful in getting it shipped back to us. The room was spacious with amazing view, the kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was not included.

I was on a motorcycle trip to north NM from Austin, TX and this hotel was my first stop. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked well (it was 103 degrees the day I arrived). The breakfast was better than most with some fresh cooked hot options as well as the normal bread, cereal, coffee, etc. The Wi-Fi was acceptable and I was able to do e-mail while there. There are several restaurants nearby so that made the evening meal easy. I did have someone loud above me waking me up at midnight and about 2 am, but of course that is not the hotel's fault. So, in summary, if I needed a place to stay in Hobbs, NM I would consider this hotel again. I did not have (other than a noisy neighbor) any issues during my one night stay.
