Dai An Phu Villa

Room was very nice and clean. Great value for money. Staff were incredibly nice and helped with everything, went out of their way to make things great. Breakfast was good :) 5-10 min walk to the beach. Nothing super fancy but value for price very good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dai An Phu Villa, a small, peaceful boutique property just an easy 5-minute walk to An Bang Beach. It strikes the perfect balance — quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything. Mr. Toàn welcomed my wife and me with genuine warmth and treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived. His hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. Each morning, Ms. Hằng prepared and served a fabulous breakfast — fresh, beautifully presented, and made with care. And a special mention to Mr. Tiến, the “Chief of Security,” whose warm smile and friendly presence made us feel completely at home and well looked after throughout our stay. We stayed in Room B204, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The private balcony with seating for two was perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The bathroom was equally impressive — large, well-appointed, and featuring a soaking tub big enough for two. A rare find at this price point. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the villa’s intimate size makes it feel personal rather than commercial. Doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommend. Pro Tip: When visiting Hoi An, stay in An Bang. It offers a more relaxed, less tourist-heavy vibe than Old Town, while still providing excellent restaurants, beach bars, and easy Grab access into town when you want the lantern experience. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful. My son especially loved the banana pancakes. Fruit was delicious. I would return in a heartbeat. Also the location was great. An easy, and short 10 minutes walk to the beach through lots of restaurant options. Nothing

Great place. Amazing breakfast choices and top quality fresh produce. We arrived after hours and was easy to collect the keys from the security guard. Location is good to explore the beach and nearby area, easy to get Grabs and move around. Power points next to the bed didn't work, which meant the only ones were in the bathroom. We shared this feedback with the villa staff.

We loved our stay here and would definitely choose to book again in the future. Such friendly people who will help out with anything you need. Located in a quiet spot with a great pool, yet also close to the beach and many food options. The breakfast is very delicious and filling.

Dai An Phua Villa was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The breakfast was amazing, so so much food we left so full every day ready for a day full of activities in Hoi An. The hotel is spotless and it’s really close to the beach and lots of good restaurants / beauty salons. Definitely recommend booking. Nothing!

We only had one night at this accommodation but we loved it. The room was super comfortable, the staff were really helpful and the quality of the breakfast was completely unexpected. Loved it!

The staff and hosts of the property were exceptional. So friendly and kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast included in the room was huge! So much food. The plates kept coming! Fresh fruit everyday and then you could pre-order two dishes each the night before plus two drinks each. The mango smoothie was very good and I would recommend trying the Vietnamese dishes for something different. The Cau Lau (regional pork noodle dish) was probably our favourite, we ordered it more than once and the stir fried vegetables & noodles were very good too. They offer bicycles complimentary for guests but we rented a scooter for a very good price. They are located down a little residential street, around the corner from the Main Street in An Bang where all the shops and restaurants are. About 5-7 mins walk to the beach and about 10-12 min drive from Hoi An centre. Big rooms that they made up everyday and provided fresh water. Nothing. We liked everything

The whole experience was fantastic... Staff were so accommodating, nothing ever a problem! Breakfast was always amazing, with 2 choices per day , we could only manage 1! Only 5 minutes walk to beach, so great location. Lovely sized rooms... Would definitely return!?

Very homely and welcoming small hotel in a quieter location about a 10-15 minute walk to the main beach area. The villa offers free bicycle rental which was great way to get about. Excellent breakfast that you choose the night before. Vietnamese and western choices. I couldn’t believe when food kept coming and coming the next morning. Lovely quiet pool for relaxing. Room was excellent with everything you would need. The AC wasn’t great in my room but the owners accommodated me with an extra fan

Great location in a safe local neighbourhood. Delicious breakfasts. Wonderfully attentive staff. My wife took I'll on check out day. The staff allowed us to keep our room a few extra hours whilst we sought to her medical needs without any additional cost. So genuine and thoughtful. Extremely helpful hosts. Can't rate thier hosting skills and compassion highly enough. Thankyou. Nothing.
