Comfortable room, large bathroom and made to order breakfast available. Pool looked nice but did not use it during my stay. Staff helpful. far from hoi an old town:(

The breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. That there was construction next door and the new building blocks the sun from the pool area.

The room was comfortable and I appreciated the breakfast a la carte to order 1 easy before, although I would expect also a small buffet, at least for drinks. Location is good, 1.5km off from the busy Hoi An center (25 min. walking or a few minutes by Grab) and 4.5km to the beach, an easy bike ride offered by the accommodation for free. Nice spas and coffee bars nearby. Unfortunately the pool is now 20 cm away from a construction site (!) and definitely not private or appealing :( that's a pity! Receptionists are a bit absent and more focused on their smartphones than on the guests, not really professional.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Great at helping you book activities. Breakfast: 5 stars, a personalized menu that you fill out daily Bicycles provided. Currently the pool (the cover photo of the entire property) is closed and filled with construction debris. They acted like it’s a surprise to them, but this has clearly been going on since at least January based on other reviews. While the work hours aren’t too bad, there is pretty constant construction noise throughout the day. Location: 2 stars, faces a busy road, so the river/balcony view is really just a noisy street. Long walk to old town with several places where you have to walk in the street because the sidewalk is occupied by construction or parked vehicles. Considering how far away the location is from actual old town, I’d book somewhere else for the same price.

Clean, amazing breakfast, friendly staff , free bicycles , laundry services Nothing

During our time at the hotel, we unfortunately witnessed a situation involving another guest who was behaving in a very erratic and immature manner. What stood out most to us was how professionally and calmly Nam handled the situation. He remained composed, respectful, and focused on maintaining a positive environment for all guests, which we greatly appreciated. It was a clear reflection of his experience and dedication to excellent service. Nam was without a doubt the highlight of our stay. His genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and it truly elevated our entire experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. The food was delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. We would not hesitate to return, and a large part of that decision is thanks to Nam and the exceptional service he provided. Highly recommended. The pool was closed due to construction.

Room is too small

ThI staff was friendly. We booked a tour through them to Ba Na Hills and that went smoothly. We selected our choices in the evening and Breakfast was prepared for us each morning. We selected the property largely for the pool. The pool was not available during our stay due to construction next door and the pool being filled with dirt.

We had problems to become a grab from there. But there are bicycles available at the hotel.

Fantastic location in the outskirts of the old town, loved taking the bike into town. Small little boutique hotel with lovely staff and simple but wonderful breakfast. Pool was great as well. Loved our stay here, and cannot fault anything!

The Air Conditioner appeared to be working, but it wasn’t blowing any cool air.

the balcony (although it was quite noisy even on the opposite side from the road) 1. there was mo safe place to store the bicycle overnight. the man on the reception just offered me to leave it at the bike parking but it was 100% unsafe because anyone could walk in, cut the lock and steal it. then he said that I could leave it unlocked by the pool (seriously??). and only after 20 minutes and my insistence he showed me the place in the backyard where they stored their bicycle for guests and I could find a pipe to lock the bicycle to it. so, if you come to Hoi An by your own bicycle please don’t choose this hotel 2. no one has told me that the pool was only available until 10 pm. after I found a safe place for my bicycle I asked the man if I could now use the pool (it was about 9:55 pm) — he said yes. and when I came there 10 minutes later he and the manager (?) didn’t let me use the pool.

Very good

Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Pool area and breakfast were both great. Free bicycles to get around was a lovely bonus! We also booked a cooking class through the hotel which was loads of fun. The only negative was the road outside was busy from around 6am and from our room we could hear the cars / scooters beeping.

Nam was extremely welcoming and helpful with information about things to do and see. All the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel provided a great breakfast. The complimentary bicycles were a great bonus for getting around on.
