Nesta Hoian Resort & Spa

Lovely hotel! Located just a short walk from the beach, and a 10 min Grab ride from the Old Town. Beautiful garden and pool area. Very quiet and relaxing. The gardner does a good job keeping the territory green and fresh. The hotels offers complimentary bikes to explore the neighborhood . They were available at any time. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony with the river view was amazing. Comfy beds with soft bed linen. Good shower. The breakfast offers great variety of food, and the coffee is really good ?. The Gym is limited, but functional. Can highly recommend the hotel SPA too. The hotel staff will exceed your expectations. Everybody is highly polite and attentive, and very professional. They meet you with a smile and care for you in all the ways. Literally nothing. We extended our stay here from 5 to 10 nights.

The restaurant was lovely and the way the staff would welcome you each time you arrived. The bathroom was very small.

Everything was really amazing - from first step in to the property to departure. Whole staff is amazing and very polite - kudos to them. They are very wonderful people there. Breakfast was plentiful and great options to choose from Location is very quiet and you can really relax by the pool without much noises The gym has variety of equipment and it’s in good condition This is just very minor things: The treadmill need some noise blocking mat because we could feel our room shaking when someone was using it at 8am Personally water in pool is a bit too warm but maybe it’s because of the climate - I don’t know Outdoor showers are not working well - but we noticed almost nobody washes before jumping to swimming pool so maybe it’s not a big deal

The breakfast is excellent, lots of choices in buffet style. The location is wonderful, we can sit inside the restaurant or outside overlooking the river. The staff is very helpful ! Nil.

Coffee and restaurant staff in hotel were genuine and respectful Hotel staff did not live up to their word of trim upgrade. They were ready to argue on an email on room upgrade instead of finding a solution and making the customer happy and feel valued. They gave this average afternoon tea and repeatedly rubbed it on the face that they made a grand gesture as they could upgrade after confirming the same. There were mosquitoes and some flies in the room. Washroom wasn’t clean. Hope they understand hospitality is about customer’s experience at your property. It’s up to you what you make them feel.

Crisp cotton sheets, great air conditioning, bathtub for soaking (in some rooms), nice spa and a wonderful pool. And honestly, the staff is absolutely terrific. We spent two weeks at the Nesta Hoian Resort during Tet. Everything about it was just lovely, from the entire staff, to the breakfast buffet, to the spa, to the amazing comfort of the room. Nesta is doing it right. The hotel is outside of the chaos of the old city, but a convenient grab or scooter ride away. You can also zip over to the beach nearby for a swim. But honestly, why leave the comfort of the pool and fresh, cold coconuts? Rose at reception will assist you in getting a scooter arranged (they deliver!) The amazing desk staff can suggest tailors, book tours, or help you arrange transportation. You can even enjoy a full range of services in the spa, which is a high quality experience. The restaurant team is so friendly and will make you feel like you're dining with family and friends. Even the smiles and waves from gardening team in the mornings set a happy tone for each day. One of my favorite things was watching a fisherman lay his nets into the river at night, from the balcony of my room.

Everything, starting from the modern and clean room, to the really helpful staff, good breakfast, nice pool and good location. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in Vietnam and offers amazing value for the price. Especially want to thank the porters, reception staff including Wendy and the cleaning personal who made our stay so great. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Shower design could be better.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The atmosphere feels like a luxurious Renaissance residence — elegant yet warm and welcoming. Our room was mopped and cleaned daily, and everything always felt fresh and immaculate. The pool area is a real highlight. It offers multiple ways to relax and have fun, including a jacuzzi and massage features, so it’s perfect not only for swimming but also for unwinding in good weather. The pool bar completes the experience perfectly. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They remembered us immediately and always greeted us with genuine warmth, which made us feel very well looked after. We also enjoyed a delicious four-course dinner one evening. You can truly taste how much love and care the chef puts into each dish — it was a memorable experience. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive when it comes to bread, cold cuts, and cheese selection. However, no one will go hungry here — there are plenty of tasty Korean, French, and Vietnamese alternatives to choose from. We stayed at three different hotels during our trip, and this was the one where we felt the most comfortable and at home. Highly recommended!

NESTA HoiAn resort is a new resort on the outskirts of HoiAn, not far from An Bang beach. Built to a very high standard, it is an ideal location for a stay in HoiAn. Smooth check-in and ever attentive staff make your stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Wendy, so talented that she was making Rudolf rings for Christmas and the other staff who were making Christmas trees for all of the tables. The restaurant has a great breakfast selection and food menu all day long. Highly recommended Nothing

New resort with best value near to the beach and staffs here are amazing

Everything was amazing!

Room/ Bed - it is a lovely size room with plenty of space to walk around the bed. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable (medium to soft) with high grade bedding and pillows. There were sockets either side of the bed however the usb sockets were not working. The aircon is controlled from a panel near the front door and maintains the required temperature. The room had a lovely balcony. (Score 4/5) Shower - the shower has excellent water pressure and maintains the temperature throughout use from a rainfall shower head or a handheld shower head. It is a wet room with a glass screen preventing the toilet getting wet. Towels may be required to dry the floor after use. This was not a problem for us. (Score 5/5) Internet - excellent WiFi reception in the room however there is no password required which can be a security risk. Definitely use a VPN to use the network safely. (Score 3/5) Tv- modern smart tv with hdmi 3 accessible on the side if you need to add a streaming device. (3/5) Gym- one treadmill, one exercise bike which was disappointing. Brand new weight stack and a couple of weights machines which were adequate for a hotel gym. No aircon or floor standing fans. (Score 2/5) Bar/ Spa- the bar and spa were not open. Staff provided locations of reputable establishments. (Score 0/5) Breakfast - an excellent choice with bacon and eggs cooked to perfection whatever option you would like. Amazing river view terrace and grounds. (Score 5/5) Swimming pool- amazing swimming pool in a sun trap that keeps it warm and it is well maintained and very clean. Life jackets available for children to wear for safety. Plenty of beds for use and towels. The pool bar was very cheap with a happy hour that made it crazy cheap far cheaper than Thailand and unbelievable for a 5 star hotel. (Score 5/5) Hotel grounds- amazing grounds that you can ride bikes around with beautiful lanterns that illuminate at night. (Score 5/5) Staff- all the staff that I encountered have been trained to an incredible level although some have limited English skills which is part of the course. I have previously trained hospitality and what I observed far exceeded the standard I would be happy with. The help required was sincere and very personal. A special mention to Rose and Wendy on reception and Phi who was very helpful at breakfast. (Score 5/5) I am a regular traveller around Asia and I was blown away by the standard of this brand new hotel at an exceptional price point (£63 for 2 nights inclusive of breakfast). As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, I will be back.
