Hanh is truly the best—so kind, patient, and always ready to help with anything you need. She made my stay incredibly comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The place is also very close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

Rooms were clean. Had a lovely balcony. Entire facility was well-maintained. Beautiful Tile with bamboo ceilings. Property was less than one block to a very nice beach with great seafood restaurants overlooking the beach We found a nice bar I across the street from the hotel that was having Karaokee that night. Lots of fun. Let us store our bags during the day in the lobby the day of check out. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was there to let us in during a very late check-in. Gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. I want to give a special appreciation to Hanh. Thank you for your friendly disposition and assistance. Be careful to order a room with a view. The first room we had had a small window which opened up into the hallway other rooms had no windows at all.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was kind and allowed early check-in. You can easily walk to the beach as it’s very close.

Absolutely everything! From the moment I booked the customer service was impeccable! Hahn did everything to make it easy & comfortable. We actually only booked for 3 nights to “check it out” and have now extended an extra 2 weeks! The breakfast each morning ordered the night before is hot & ready within 5 minutes of sitting down. Nice variety too! Because of our extended stay we were able to try out all the rooms, from the king size round bed, to the oversized king & queen room to the king size one we settled in on the top floor, complete with balcony that we can enjoy the live music until 9:30 at night. Nothing at all! Everything is perfect!

Great size upgraded room with free bfast Location very easy to walk to beach and restaurants. But it was the wonderful staff that created the 10/10 rating. They made me feel safe and comfortable as an 82 year old,d traveler with some mobility issues plus spent time chatting with my daughter. No complaints at all??? Everything was wonderful, clean and well maintained by friendly helpful staff.

It was very noisy from the restaurant next store and my bed was hard, squeaky and very uncomfortable

Great location in An Bang Beach. A 60 second walk to the sea. 10 steps from a great breakfast at Bikini Bottom Express. Lots of bars close-by. Enjoyed a Happy Hour pint and a game of pool at Bungalow beach bar. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good value for the location. Expected a bit more from this hotel. But forgot we were paying for the location as much as the room. We stayed on the top floor at the back. Really bizarre set up. The bathroom wall stops at about 10 feet and is open directly into the hallway / landing. It’s private. No one can see in. It’s just the ‘sound transference’. Can hear next door having a shower. Then, at night, when the staff sprayed bug spray, it wafted right into our room, despite the door being closed (because of the huge gap, top of wall to ceiling), and was quite overpowering in the bathroom itself. Obviously the spray dissipates fairy quick, just didn’t expect to have it forced upon us. Also, when we checked in, I wasn’t impressed with the guys attitude. I was with my Vietnamese girlfriend so it wasn’t a ‘language issue’. Just seemed unfriendly, didn’t tell us about the room, wifi, and worse…breakfast. We paid for breakfast as part of our room rate. Asked for ‘Pho Bo’ the next morning. And were told it wasn’t available unless you order it the day before. Ticked me off. Because the guy at reception didn’t tell us. But to be fair, we ordered it for the next day (we were staying 2 nights) and wish we hadn’t. 3 tiny strips of beef. All noodles and broth. It tasted ‘ok’, but feel if we’re paying for it, why not add a bit more beef!?? Can get more for less outside. My Vietnamese girlfriend said she felt that there was no love in the making of the food. She was right. The thing that saved this place from getting a super low review was the guy who started working at reception the next day. A tall, smiley, happy, mid-20’s Vietnamese guy. Every interaction with him, whether we were ordering food, asking for a cpl of extra pillows, hiring push-bikes was just a joy. Also, I had to ‘check myself’ as well. We weren’t exactly paying £100 a night, and the location is spot-on. So what was I expecting? It was good enough for a short stay. One more thing..

Room to noisy, you can literally hear your Neighbor using the toilet, there shower, there voices, at night to many outside noises, Bed way to hard for a European. Service has no clue at breakfast time, order your breakfast at night, or you wait forever.

Beautiful room, perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom and kitchen. The massages were excellent!

Great option for AnBang. At the end of the road that leads right to ancient town. No turns! My room was big, comfortable and had decent ergonomics. Design and ambience is pleasing.

The staff is friendly, the pho is delicious and the property is very clean and looks like the photos. My only qualm is the water for the shower is not hot enough. I was unlucky and had cold weather when I was there so taking lukewarm showers was not fun.

Had some laundry issues but the staff worked hard to correct the issue.
