it were a in almost all ways an great little hotel, rooms were nice, nice balcony with a nice view, really nice staff in reception, everything were perfect excerpt the cleaning staff, i think they need to fire the supervisor there, cause elevator looked like shit and cleaning in the rooms were superficial ok, but all the small stuff you could not see directly, like drain in sink, fittings on shower door ecc, were really dirty, despite of that, i would stay there again, great value, great staff, great breakfast, great pool cleaning in the corners, cleaning staff were more occopied swiping the same spot on the reception floor that any thing else

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. The pool was nice, and there is a private beach service. Amazing !

The room was very nice, as was the bathroom. The service is very nice and always available, both on WhatsApp and in person. A big plus for free beach towels - extremely helpful. There is a hairdryer, air conditioning and a fridge. Close to the beach, which is a big advantage. Next to it there is a shop, cafes, a great restaurant and the possibility of renting scooters (we took one, great fun). We will have great memories of our stay in this place, we highly recommend it. Thank you! -

The location and use of pool opposite the beach front The air con was too noisy

Adam was the perfect host, a credit to the hotel. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was a little too firm and the balcony was very small. Also the breakfast had very little choice but even so, overall very good value for money.

Great hotel, close to many different eating options. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to beach. Good for swimming on a fine day. Bicycles are available to explore the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but delicious.

The staff were incredible. They were so kind and helpful to me and my kids. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The short walk to the beach and nice restaurants was perfect. Will be going back for sure. Thank you for an amazing stay xx

The location is great ,right by the beach , peaceful , lots of resturants to choose from. Just a short cyclye away from the Ancient town. The staff were amazing ,Adam was so helpful and kind. I was invited to Lunar New Year party bu the hotel, great evening with the local people and other guests. The rooms were clean and spacious, pop was lovely and beach towels were available. The breakfast options were limited ,they could have more variety.

Good size rooms and clean hotel. Beds were very hard and not comfortable (unless you like a firm bed). Nice quite location near the beach and only a short taxi ride into Hoi An.

The staff were excellent, knowledgeable, spoke the best English, very helpful. Location was a bit out of the hussle of Hoi An and a short stroll to a lovely sandy beach. Loads of restaurants around with laid back chill.

For a budget accommodation Raon Front Beach hotel was awesome. Great size twin room and the hotel is only a few mins walk to the beach. The old quarter is easily reached in a Grab taxi. Adam on reception was amazing. He was so helpfull and gave lots of good advice as well as organising our scooter hire. We cant thank you enough cheers
