This is my second return to the Villas and I couldn’t recommend it more! A peaceful oasis’s that have all the amenities needed from breakfast, laundry, pool, bikes for transport, the most kind and accommodating staff and tranquil views from each patio or balcony. Some bugs are unavoidable but I think some added attention to cracks in the doors might help keep out critters (ants or water bugs, mosquitoes)- minimal. Overhead lighting could be less harsh and help warm up the comforts of the room.

This bed and breakfast is in the flourishing garden! We loved everything: delicious breakfast, daily housekeeping in the room, and all staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The quiet room with dark curtance on the door (no windows in our room) provided a peaceful rest. The pool was a nice addition for the hot days. Although the location is not in the old part of the town, it is a 15-20min pleasant walk along the river or throw the town with cafes and shops. We are planning to stay there next time. Highly recommend. Nothing

Nice location. A little outside of town but very easy to walk or bike. The room smelled musty, which is typical of Vietnamese hotels. I did not feel like it had anything to do with the cleanliness of the room.

The grounds are beautiful. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was in a quiet location. They have good bikes to use to get around easy.they where more than happy to take you on tours. Cheaper than you could get anywhere else. It was a 20 minute walk to old town. But it is a nice walk along the river or if you walk on main roads there are places to dine and shop.

Pool area was dreamlike, had such lovely swims. Ms Vang was so helpful organising drivers and tours. Calm location with nice restaurants in the surrounds. Initially our bed was too firm for our liking, but we were given a different room the next night with a better bed. A bit out from the bustling old town, but preffered the peace and quiet.

we loved staying here as it was outside of the madness of the old quarter of Hoi An, which can get so busy and noisy. the staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious! they made everything to order each morning. it was a 15 min walk to the start of the old quarter and you can walk along the river or down the street. they had free to borrow bikes, which we used to collect some clothes we had made in town. it was so nice to relax by the pool, as it was very hot when we visited. they have such a gorgeous garden!! just the water pressure was weak and the drain was a bit clogged, otherwise it was perfect and we would definitely stay again regardless.

There is nothing to dislike in this wonderful place - the staff is helpful and welcoming, the rooms are large and comfortable, with ample bathroom and everything you need. But I especially appreciated the beauty of the garden and the style overall. Big plus for the swimming pool! Nothing

Clean and spacious room that overlooked the pool. The garden is so beautiful and full of well maintained bonsai. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It is slightly further out from the main areas but also very quiet and tranquil because of this. Bikes are provided to travel around. We were so happy that we extended our stay. Thanks for having us!

We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room over looking the garden and the fish pond. The rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The swimming pool was lovely bonus at the end of a hot day.

Wow this was a beautiful villa, the gardens are just as beautiful as the photos show. They care and tend for them so much. The staff are all kind and friendly, they helped us with our bags, washing, getting the bikes for us and adjusting the seat and getting us a last minute airport transfer. Our room was clean and spacious, and tidied daily. While the villa isn’t super close to the ancient town, we road the bikes to the river edge and road along that road until we got to ancient town, locked our bikes up there and explored, otherwise grab bikes cost us like $15/19,000 VND so it’s super easy!
