Hoi An Beach Resort

Property was great. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. They have complimentary towels for beach and the pool. The room overlooked the river and it was nice to relax My only gripe is the pool. It's a lovely pool but it definitely needs some upgrades and a good cleaning. Since the property is across from the beach I didn't mind much.

Hotel, rooms, staff, location, Buffet Breakfast, complimentary bike hire. Should have stayed longer.

Beautiful grounds and nice location across the street from the beach. The lobby and restaurant do not have Air Conditioning. It made a big difference in my situation.

Beautiful pools (2 swimming pools). The location is fantastic overlooking the river. There is also a pool table and table tennis. You are close to other restaurants and massage places if you want to go to cheaper options than the resort offers. The hotel was very accommodating adding an extra bed for my child in the room so we were more confortable. The shuttles to hoi an are at weird times and only 3 a day. However taxi is so cheap that it didn’t matter. No ATM nearby the resort but they can exchange currency at the hotel.

The bathroom need some attention however room 230 vanity door is needed refurbished.

Lovely hotel. As described! Beachfront location, 2 pools, plenty of outdoor space. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Room spacious, clean & comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast Nothing - no complaints.

Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and coffee were excellent. AC was not good. It took a couple of days, but they fixed it.

The place is a little far from the old town which has it´s pros and cons. Really good to have the shuttle bus. The beach closest to the hotel is not so great though, lot of sand has been washed away and ugly sandbags used to try to fix it.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful outlook over the river, two different pool options, one infinity, the other with a swim up bar. Quiet grounds and surroundings. Helpful and friendly staff.

The view from the pool and restaurant was perfect. We chose a river view room and it was worth paying the extra The bar shut at 10pm which was a little too early for our liking. The staff were helpful and told us of a bar up the road where we could get drinks.

Location was excellent opposite the beach, room size and location of room was quite , well soundproofed, and breakfast was very good. Pools were clean and large. Would definitely stay again. Just a lovely stay overall. Bed comfortable and huge Bathroom was large but tired, poor shower pressure but was hot. Mould around tile grout which was a concern. Cabinets were water damaged and unusable.

Had a nice resort feel to the grounds/ gardens. Lovely spot to sit for the buffet breakfast. Shuttle to Old Town was great (But only 3x/day). The grounds staff always offered a pleasant greeting. The room felt run down and outdated, with little sign of care or maintenance. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition: Dirty, missing grout, a leaking shower that flooded the floor, an eroded shower bracket with rough exposed edges, and a missing bidet. Overall, the property does not meet what I would consider “resort” standards. The reception staff were difficult to communicate with on some basic issues. The location was a let down, both of the resort and the room. We wanted a quiet stay away from the hustle of Old Town, so chose the beach location. This was a mistake. Coming from Australia the beach was a let down, far from idyllic. There is a busy road in between the resort and the beach, which brings me to the location of our room. We had a "sea (beach) view room", which meant the balcony overlooked the road. It was noisy, with traffic, even at night, and we were woken at 630am by the music of people doing Tai Chi on the beach. I would strongly recommend a river view room for a different experience. We were not informed until the morning of the event that the hotel was hosting a private function (a wedding) on the resort grounds. Felt sorry for the guests in rooms near the event space.

Staff: amazing from Check in to luggage drop, to gardener, the servers, were all friendly and nice. always a good morning or hello (Xin chào) Pools: were fantastic. can relax Beach: early morning was perfect for swimming in the sea. free loungers and bar to order drinks/food if wanted Breakfast/Food: wonderful Breakfast choices. great lunch promotions and dinner choices.. Rooms: my room was a 10/10. it was so peaceful and quiet with room overlooking the river.. extras: tai chi, basic language course, shuttles into Hoi An to sister resort. lantern making... i cant wait to visit again... Cảm ơn Hoi An Beach Resort!!!
