Family run business. They were friendly and helpful.

The owners are the absolute sweetest people. Three generations live and work for the villa. Every morning when we would head downstairs, we were greeted with smiles and a fresh delicious handmade breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent, the location is perfect - away from the noise but still central to everywhere you would want to visit, and the price is unbeatable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! nothing!

A lovely family-run business—simple, authentic, and peaceful. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden and small pool, even with the sound of the neighbor’s cockerel ? As a solo female traveler, I preferred to return before dark, as the property is located down back streets and requires a fairly long walk to the old town.

This place was a true sanctuary—peaceful and serene, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, yet only a quick 5-minute motorbike ride away. The exterior design was stunning, and the pool provided the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring. Every meal was fresh and absolutely delicious. The warm-hearted family who runs it made the experience unforgettable—genuinely kind and attentive, they turned our stay into an 11/10. The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return—I'd come back in a heartbeat! No complaints!

Great hospitality, the host were so helpful and kind. Helped us book a tour to Cham island, and the free bikes were a great addition! Close enough to the ancient town that it was just a short walk in, but not right in the centre of everything.

Lovely relaxing pool with sun loungers, quick and early check in. Tasty and healthy breakfast. Lovely family hosts who were friendly and helpful whenever we passed them in the villa. The room was amazing, the bed was comfy and there was lots of space and a wet room for a shower. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Hoi An. Everything was great!

We had a fantastic stay and would happily come again. Perfect location to be relaxing but so close to the action. The owners were very kind and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights at Yen Villa Homestay. The location was within walking distance of the river and the local market. The room was spacious and clean. Keep in mind that there is no elevator for the upstairs rooms. Breakfast was okay — you're only allowed to order one drink and one meal. Overall, it was a good stay. .

The owner and his wife were very friendly and kindly with us. We had to leave the room early because we had to catch a flight and they prepared us the breakfast. Very recommended.

We really enjoyed staying at Yen Villa in Hoi An. The hosts were amazing. They helped us with the additional requests and were always there. The location is very good: not far away from the noisy centre, but at the same time very peaceful and quiet. The room was cleaned every day, so was always spotless. Thanks a lot for the stay!

The staff is very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. He even help us to book bus and show ticket. Very comfortable stay and is near to most of the attractions. Value for money.

The host family who own this Villa are so lovely. We arrived early by sleeper bus (0500am) and they still woke up to ensure we could put our bags in their reception area and then let us know when we could check in. We checked in early around 1130am. Breakfast is delicious & regardless of which option you pick, you also relieve a tasty fruit and cake platter alongside it. Also the room was clean & spacious with everything we needed. It's close enough to the old town that you can walk there every day but also in a quiet enough area that feels peaceful and close to other lovely coffee & food spots. Thanks for our stay! Wonderful setting, large room, great staff and beautiful breakfast. Close enough to the central areas of Hoi An to be walkable, but far enough so you do not need to be worried about any noise. This place offers excellent value and I would recommend it highly to any future visitors. Hope to come back! Nothing to fault. It was a great experience which exceeded my expectations.

The family who run the villa are such kind people and they made this stay really memorable. Location is awesome, a very local area which is pretty quiet but then only 5 minute walk over the bridge to the chaos of the old town. Breakfast is really tasty each morning. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing :)
