Absolutely EVERYTHING! Property is not only stunning, but clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable, in particular Kim, whose attentiveness to our needs was unmatched. She was phenomenal! Location to the beach and restaurants and services was great! Not applicable! Everything was perfect.

The place was super clean and rooms big with balconies. I totally loved my stay there. No complaints.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Very clean room, spacious, full of natural light. Big bathroom and big balcony. Calm surroundings. Near the beach, great location. Everything was great.

The location is close to the beach. The staffs were very nice. I used credit card to book 2 rooms at this place, however they didn’t charge my Visa card until we checked out. Then the payment methods at the house are: - by cash or bank transfer in Vietnam dong - if by credit card 3% bank fee will be charged. This isn’t mentioned on booking.com I transferred in Vietnam dong. After that I received the mail from Booking.com asking if I stayed at this place, the property reported that I canceled the booking. Why did they do that??? They had guests through the app, got paid and report guests canceled the booking. Additionally, there’s no breakfast. I chose this place because we have children, it would be convenient if they can have some foods in the morning before going to the water. We had walked to the main street for breakfast every morning.

We loved Coco Villa, the ground level room was perfect for our family of 4. Within 20 minutes of arriving our kids were already swimming in the pool. The property was very close to a beautiful beach, we loved going at sunrise! It is a great location with everything you could need close by and within walking distance. One of the best parts of our stay was meeting Kim, our host. Our daughter hurt her foot, and Kim was there for us every step of the way, accompanying us to the hospital and helping translate through the process. She helped arrange a doctor days later to come every day to tend to my daughter’s injury and Kim was there every morning to translate for us. Kim also arranged activities for our family, taking into consideration my daughter‘s injury, and making sure they would work for her. She arranged lantern making classes, spa services that were absolutely wonderful, and cooking classes with the best spring rolls I have ever had! We plan to go back next year and we will absolutely be staying at Coco Villa for our entire stay! Nothing. Wish we could have stayed there for our entire time in A Bang but they were sold out.

We had the 2 bed appartment on the top floor, they were lovely spacious rooms with a very large balcony. Good shower, decorations and fridge with a freezer. Quite location, short walk to beach, located near the end of all the restuarants and bars so the beach was less crowded, ideal. No lift, but given all the good points was worth climbing the stairs and staff carried our suitcases up & down the stairs! Didn't use the swimming pool but appeared to be shallow and small.

We love the location, near great food and a walk to the beach. The end of the beach too so not the huge crowds

Fabulous villa in a convenient location to restaurants and the beach. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were lovely and Kim the manager was so beautiful and friendly. Pool was clean and refreshing and the whole property was spotlessly clean. Nothing!

Beautiful little hotel with gorgeous pool area. Rooms are large with tasteful decor. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good - near the quiet end of the beach and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I was very happy with my choice Loved everything about the place

Coco villa was an absolute Gem it was ideally located for all bars and restaurants and 2 mins walk from the beach . Room was large and clean, bed comfy . Kim and her staff were extremely good, friendly and willing to arrange trips and taxis etc. it was my birthday while we were there and they organised a cake which was such a lovely touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

This property is at the quieter end of An Bang beach which we loved. It’s close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and beachside bars to have a drink. The rooms are clean and the pool is kept sparkling. Only a 15 minute Grab ride to Hoi An, which is insanely crowded so it’s nice to escape back to the beach. The staff are friendly and Kim the manager was outstanding. She can pretty much organise anything you want to do within minutes. I would stay here again without hesitation. Nothing

Beautiful place, lovely rooms, cozy pool with garden, short walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Thank you, Kim. We enjoyed our stay. We'd love to come back.

The proximity to the beach, the room was spacious and the bathroom massive. The pushiness of the manager trying to sell excursions from the minute we arrived. We are quite capable of arranging things without being hassled. Electrics!!!! Eek

Breakfast was great, staff were wonderful and very helpful, especially Kim. Great location, felt very safe. We stayed 8 nights there was plenty to do around A Bang and Hoi An.
