I recently had the pleasure of staying at Loc Khang Homestay, and it was an absolute dream. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. Very calm and quiet. Very clean. Good-natured hostess. Cool countryside. If I'm in Hoi An again, I'll definitely come here. There are no shops or cafes nearby, but you can rent bikes here and order food.

Private room with double bed is comfortable, clean and quiet! If you have a motorcycle to get there that also allows you to go to the center this is the best option! The lady (owner) is really nice and here to help if you need anything!

Some insects in your room, because it's not totally closed. Not sure if the air-conditioning is working. Bathroom isn't the best, there is a big hole in the roof and some rust.
