An Bang Beach is just a two-minute stroll away, offering the perfect balance of seaside convenience and quiet relaxation. The room was a highlight—clean, authentic, and beautifully integrated into the lush garden surroundings. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary with wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway. Honestly, there wasn't anything to dislike!

Kim and the staff were welcoming and great from the start (fruit and welcome drink, nice touch :)); our room was spacious with the best shower in our entire trip, very close to the nicest beach in the area, we got tips of what to do and where to go from dinner to taylor clothing - and we followed and did not dissapoint. Kim will help you rent a scooter, please do so you can travel easily everywhere - Hoi An old town is 10 min drive. Amazing stay, very recommended! Kim thanks for the hospitality! I loved everything about this homestay. The room was beautiful, bright and very comfortable. Everyone who works there is very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and cafes.

The property is newly updated and yet still retains the original features and warmth. It’s a family run business by Hoi An locals which offers in-depth recommendations from years of living in the community.

This was THE most amazing place to stay! Silent, beautiful, good facilities. If you want to create your own story and just live your life and are being respectful to your surroundings, you will love it here. I will be back 100% I didn't like that it was not possible to stay longer the first time already :(

Red Flower Homestay exceeded our expectations. We give it a 12 out of 10. The entire staff is lovely. The manager, Kim, is extraordinary. Kim gave excellent recommendations on local restaurants, tips on visiting the Old City and any other information we needed. She arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4 AM to get to the airport. Kim and another staff were there at 4 AM to make sure the transfer went smoothly. The rooms and common areas were beautifully appointed. We loved the 'loungers' and balconies. Fifty meters from our door was the beach and the lanes in the neighborhood were pleasant for walking. Two blocks away were excellent restaurants. Hoi An Old City was a short taxi ride away so we had a relaxing beach vacation and a busy cultural experience by staying at Red Flower. Breakfast had nice choices, generous portions and was delicious. There was nothing short of wonderful.

What a fantastic stay I had here! Kim, the manager, was so warm and welcoming and made my stay perfect. The room was huge, the bathroom modern and fresh, the view from the roof was lovely and it's a 2-minute walk to a peaceful and chill beach. Right around the corner from good restaurants, the ATM and convenience stores for snacks and drinks. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing little place. Kim and Nhu looked after us so well. Very comfortable, clean. There was a very friendly staff member who lit a mozzie coil outside our room every evening at dusk. Great breakfast of muesli, coffee, juice Great location, minutes away from beach and many fab restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely little cottage! Nothing

We loved our stay here. the cottages are nice, with a beautiful patio to spend time outside. Just a few minutes from the beach and 15 minutes by motorbike from Hoi An. Kim and her staff were super stars. The night gard, too, was a really friendly guy. Even though he didn't speak English, he managed to always help us. They were all always available to assist us. with laundry, motorbike, transportation, and excursions. Kim suggested an amazing bike tour, which was really an amazing experience for us.

Red Flower cottages was a perfect stay. We had the upstairs room with the balcony looking over a lemongrass and banana field which was so lovely in the afternoon and morning light. The room was really comfortable with good shower pressure. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable also. Each day we ordered breakfast for the following day and it was really lovely. The location was amazing for both access to the beach and the lovely eateries near by. You can also hire a bike for a short ride into the rice fields which was really lovely. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very cute cottages and grounds. Staff went above and beyond! Kim was amazing! So helpful in suggesting so many things to do and helping organise. The breakfast was divine! Perfect location - the beach was 2 mins away. Could not recommend anymore!!
