I will definitely be returning!

The price was nice but the pet friendly was not pet friendly! Charged you $159 pet cleaning fee plus tax. No refundable for 1 night! This was not pet friendly! This was extremely expensive! Then we were put in the bottom of the condo. We were awakened all night by the tenants upstairs. Worst night sleep we’ve had! You could hear everything upstairs through the ceiling! So I will never rent from this place again! The floors were filthy and my dogs didn’t make it that way! The floors don’t get mopped!

Location...Room...staff excellent except the fishing area

Very nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Very nice property with lots to do and excellent view of the lake.

Location Pool step was broken

This is an amazing hotel - you get a full condo/apartment at a very low price! It was beautiful inside and has an amazing view of the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and we felt welcomed by the staff!

Roy was great at check in and explained everything about the property. The deluxe room is spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything was clean and well organized. Nice walk in shower. Staff were super friendly!

Beautiful unit

There was breakfast ? I don’t think so It was beautiful & well kept . Amazing amenities & location . Well worth the price . We only stayed one night for business so we didn’t get to enjoy much . Bed was comfy , all the perks ( washer and dryer , dishwasher , comfy bed & pillows ) To hard to find . By the time we were not lost , all the amenities were closed so we didn’t get to enjoy any of those , being at least 40 minutes away from a store and working a 10 hour day , we made it to the clubhouse with 2 minutes to grab something to drink and snack on , which the attendant made very clear . I’m not sure that far away , you should close the only amenities so early . It had stormed so all the pools were closed and we’d like to have enjoyed the hot tub before checkout but it doesn’t open until 9am with checkout @ 10am .

Beautiful property with lots of activities and close to many restaurants and attractions

So glad we chose Westgate! We wanted to stay longer and extended our stay at this location and wish we had chose this place first!! Everything and more right there! Swimming indoor/outdoor, playground, volleyball, golf, and so much more!! Beautiful view of the lake! Couldn’t ask for more! First family vacation as a family of 4! Husband, 4&1 year old, and myself! So much fun!!

I was astounded at all of the amenities available for guests to use. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The best part was the food truck! The food and staff were amazing!
