Great place to stay but I am still waiting on my security deposit from when I checked in. I stayed here end of June 2026 and I am still waiting.

Great place for the price

This is a MOTEL, not a hotel as advertised. Doors open to parking lot. All stairwells are outside and poorly lit at night. The rooms were clean but the towels were like sandpaper and smelled like old fryer grease! The wall AC unit was loud and cycled all night without providing very much cooling.

Disappointing stay — not as advertised Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed for six nights and paid almost $1,300, so I expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. The biggest issue was that the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. From the moment I arrived, there were several maintenance and cleanliness problems: the toilet did not flush properly, the bathroom was in very poor condition, the sink drain was broken, the bathtub was stained, and the toilet had significant black staining. On the second day, I found a cockroach in the room. I killed it and initially decided not to make a complaint. However, on the night before my departure, I found another very large cockroach. At that point, I reported the issue. Earlier in my stay, when I complained about the bathroom, I was offered another room, but it was actually in worse condition than the original one, so I decided not to move. What was frustrating is that nobody told me that there were better-maintained rooms available. Only after I reported the cockroach issue on my penultimate night was I offered another room, at around 11:00 PM. When I finally moved, I found that this room was actually in very good condition. If I had been offered a room like this from the beginning, I would have been willing to pay more for it. The room change was also very inconvenient. We had to move all of our belongings, including several heavy suitcases, from the second floor to the first floor. We did not receive any assistance from the hotel staff with the move. Because of all these problems and the inconvenience we experienced, I requested a late check-out as a courtesy. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I was told that a late check-out was not possible unless I paid an additional $60 fee.

Location. Parking. Clean and tidy. Nice room set-up. Did I mention location? I’d prefer a coffee machine in the room - but I also like getting up and going over to the office to get coffee, so it’s good and bad.

A decent property and in a great location.

After checkout I was contacted to say that pool towels were missing from the room which is a total lie and they have threatened to take 30 dollars per towel from my bank card. Sounds like a complete scam to me! I will be lodging a complaint if this happens as we 100% left all towels in the room!!

After checking out they sent an email stating a pillow was missing from our room and charged us an extra $20. We did not nor would not take a pillow from the uncomfortable beds. They have hidden fees like resort fees which the place is nothing close to a resort and then on top of that they scam you with extra charges that are just silly. I have never dealt with a hotel like this before. Do not stay here!!!!!

The rooms were large and comfortable. Location was great. Pool was lovely. Cleaned daily The bathroom was dated.

No me gusto que después que se paga tanto el hospedaje te cobren 25 Más por el parking de cada noche . Y todavía llegues a pagar los taxes porque según no los cobraron . No son claros y la lavenderia trabajando mas de las 11:30 pm y alado tener que escuchar la secadora

Love this place this is the third time I stay here and the amenities around are wonderful. And the hotel is always friendly and clean . The security at night helped me feel safe and he is very friendly and nice .
