Costa Hollywood Beach Resort

The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and even though the rooms are by the boardwalk, the area is very quiet! Definitely our go-to when we visit the area again!

The main issue was an unpleasant situation regarding the resort fee. Security was sent to knock on our door around 7 a.m. while we were sleeping because we were told that the resort fee still needed to be paid. However, we had already paid the fee the previous day. When we made the payment, the front desk was unable to provide us with a receipt because their system was down. Being awakened early in the morning by security over a payment that had already been made was frustrating and could have been handled much better. Aside from this issue, we were pleased with the room itself and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the property. Better communication and record-keeping at the front desk would have made this a much better experience.

The staff was okay. I am not sure why this is called a resort, it is a condo by the beach. The boardwalk was nice. The beach isn't the cleanest. A lot of algae. They charge for EVERYTHING. The bike rental was free for 1 hour for 1 guest. Again, it wasn't the worst, but I could have gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere. My other half and I won't be back.

Our room felt like a beautifully designed small apartment. It was comfortable, modern, and exceptionally clean. The entire hotel was also very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and the excellent service at the pool bar. The drinks were delicious, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Customer service was also outstanding—they were very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Had an excellent stay! Loved the atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness and everything the hotel had to offer. Everything was walking distance and being so close to the broadwalk and beach made better.

Love staying here but the parking is ridiculously overpriced and an inconvenience. The price of parking should be included in the price of the stay!

Property was in a great location. Staff extremely helpful. And rooftop pool was wonderful!

Very nice

The room was clean except for a stain on a pillow that they quickly replaced. There was a beeping refrigerator which drove me crazy a little but the issue was resolved eventually. We were walking distance from the beach, decent restaurants, convenience stores and cafes. I would definitely stay there again.

IF YOU THINK THE PRICE IS RIGHT IT IS NOT!!!!!! THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THEY USE TO BE!!!! I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE ALMOST EVERY OTHER WEEKEND LAST YEAR... THIS YEAR ANOTHER STORY! THEY CHARGED ME FOR PILLOW CASE AND PILLOW SHAMS $35 FOR REGULAR USE... I WAS ALSO CHARGED $25 FOR EACH TOWEL AND WASHCLOTHE FOR REGULAR USE!! THEY USE TO HAVE A PARKING ATTENDANTS WITH A FEE NOW IT IS NONE FOR A CHARGE OF $45 A DAY TO PARK YOUR VEHICHLE! THIS PLACE GONE COMPLETELY DOWN!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IT IS NOT WORTH IT! YOU WILL BE EXTRA CHARGED!! MY TAXES AND FEES WAS INCLUDED WITH MY BOOKING AND I WAS STILL CHARGED!!!! I AM AN EXTREMELY FAIR PERRSON AND GIVE THE BENIFIT OF A DOUBT BUT I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!
