Costa Hollywood Beach Resort

We had no Air Conditioning working in our room.

We rented a suite with two bedrooms with balcony and ocean view . The view was beautiful. The room was nice. Full kitchen with pots , pans and utensils. Pool is nice but get there early cause it gets full fast . I would def stay here again. Not a fan of the parking cause it’s pay by phone and it’s $38.60 for 24 hours .

Everything was great.

This is an amazing property. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were spectacular, and the staff were so helpful. I also loved how family-friendly Costa is. They had a ton of activities for kids and even had beach/pool toys available to check out for free. I was so impressed; we will definitely be back to visit for another family vacation.

We had a unique situation where we had to get into a locked, fenced area later in the evening, and they were very accommodating and security helped us get into the area to retrieve an item that we accidentally dropped off the balcony. We will stay here again.

Room and the property overall was great. Great location. One thing that needs review is the pool close time in the evening. When traveling with a family, closing the pool at or before dusk is a little inconvenient for a resort property.

Because the parking facility is not owned or managed directly by the hotel, guests should receive much clearer instructions during check-in and in their reservation confirmation. Information should specifically identify approved parking areas, restricted zones, parking rates, and any locations where parking is prohibited to avoid vehicles being ticketed or towed. Providing a simple parking map, clear signage, and detailed guidance from the front desk would greatly improve the guest experience and prevent unnecessary inconvenience and expenses. Better communication regarding parking policies would be highly appreciated by future guests.

Never again. Pictures were nothing what I got. My blow dryer had nasty sticky stuff, not clean, pool was a hottub and needed a shock. Furniture was beat up and couldn’t use the kitchen. Never again if I was able I would want a full refund. I could have paid less somewhere else and it would have been better

2. The room was spacious and well equiped. The kitchen and appliances looked new. Though the furniture looked like they were ready for replacment. 3. The location is very good. Right next to beach and close to a few restaurants and enterteinment. 4. BE AWARE: the parking situation is horrible. I used the self parking option. assuming it was included as I was a guest. When checking out I was alerted that I should have paid before parking. Newer the less, I then paid when I picked up the car. $140. As it turns out that was a mistake. I was later billed another $140. So by then I had been billed $280 for 4 days of parking. The lady at the counter also pointed out that I was likley to be billed another $100/day penalities. By now the bill was going to be $680. In addition the car rental company was going to bill me penalites for unpaid parking fees. I am not yet clear on this cost. Regardless, make sure to find an alternative place to park or pick one of the adjecent hotels that include parking.

Room was clean and spacious with a beautiful water view. Only negative thing in the room was there was no water pressure in the showers and the water was lukewarm. Pool and rooftop bar were great as well.
