Very nice resort. Right on the beach and across from the intercostal waterway. Beautiful rooms and resort common areas. Nice pools and beach areas but it is a family resort so be prepared for lots of kids. Lots of fees for parking, resort fees and all food and drinks are extra. Nice for a weekend getaway but can be pricy for families

The resort is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly except at check in didn't offer enough information about how key bracelets work and pool hours. When you add resort fees, $65 nightly to park , it is overpriced for the level of hotel it is. Nonetheless, we enjoyed how close to the Hollywood boardwalk, so many places to dine and walk along the beach. The boardwalk is right outside the back door of the hotel. Did not like guests smoking pot from their balcony, horrible smells. Music from boardwalk can be loud if your room is close. It was nice but not sure I would spend that much again for the level of hotel it is.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect getaway, and we created some wonderful memories during our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 🌴☀️🍹

The staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room view was amazing. We enjoyed our short relaxing much needed get away. Enjoyed that the location still had a bunch of things around it yet a little bit away from everything. Highly recommend

It pool front with ocean in background . (There were rooms actually ocean front). Fine is best way to describe - but the cost was definately not fine. Overall I was disappointed .

Horrible experience with the staff. Recreational staff member targeted me and laughed at me. Literally bullied me. The manger told me I took it the wrong way. Had to go speak to the general manager and all they did was speak to the staff member. Horrible experience, felt watched and uneasy my entire stay.

Great Location

This was a great property everything you need is right here! Great for families or couples or girlfriends getaway!! Only drawback was the cost of parking and daily fees added another $500 for 4 nights!

GOOD: -Service everywhere is great. I would classify it as "relaxed". Unhurried. You can tell this company takes care of it's employees, because they seem genuinely happy to be there! -The property is very well-staffed, & the rooms, lobby areas, & pools are gorgeous. -We ate at all the restaurants- the food is delicious & portions are generous. -I wanted to buy everything in the gift store! If you forget anything, you won't have trouble finding what you need there. Very little reason to ever go outside the property. -The grab & go cafe was really nice- we got fancy coffees there & I was glad we could grab cereal cups & milk for the kids. We also grabbed ice cream bars after pool time everyday! -Loved the free aluminum bottles of water & filtered water system where we could refill! -The spa is amazing! The NOT GREAT: -Service and food at the 5 O'clock Somewhere restaurant was wonderful, but there were flies everywhere! This was not a problem anywhere else on the property but here. They would greatly benefit from adding fans & misters there. -Live music- the DJ at 5 O'Clock Somewhere didn't fit the vibe of the venue, & I found this to be true all days of our stay. I expected acoustic trop rock & steel drums- Jimmy vibes. That was not the case & I found that a little disappointing.

Beautiful resort! They close the pools very early. 7:30ish. My girls favorite thing to do on vacation is to be in the pool at night so this was a huge downfall. We probably would not have booked here if we’d known this. They are very strict about pool rules as well.

It’s a nice property The showers barley giving water out and the shower door is only one so it’s like you got get soap ur cold and then back to the shower the ac was okay balcony room I got was super small didn’t even know this existed the valet is super expensive for just one day it’s just all over the place
