This hotel was absolute luxury. I enjoyed all the staff at the Veranda. Our host and waitress were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and attentive.

Luxurious

The property and ambience were beautiful, however, there was construction going on for the majority of my stay and most of the pools and nice areas were closed. If you are paying for the luxury, you should be able to use it. My only disappointment is having to see all the beautiful things I couldn’t use.

always underconstrcution

Lo único que no me gustó fue el costo del parqueo , 150 dólares y estuve una noche , me parece bastante , el resto todo bien .

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and one of the lamps even had an old piece of chewing gum stuck to it, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. The balcony door also did not close properly due to a malfunction with the locking mechanism, which was another major concern during our stay. The one pool that was open was a shared pool for both adults and children. The adults-only pool was closed due to repairs( mind you I reserved this hotel because it said that just went through major renovations)If you wanted an adults-only space, you had to pay an additional $200 to access the beach club in order to have a more private area. Another major issue was the room I received. I booked an ocean-view room through Expedia, but upon arrival, the staff member who assisted me told me that because I had booked through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel’s website, they could only give me the room that was available—which was a room overlooking a parking lot, not the ocean view I had paid for.(Expedia in my opinion needs to do better) Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, pool availability, room assignment, and the way my Expedia reservation was handled. I expected much more for the price and would not recommend this experience.

To register upon arrival, you have to wait in line, and there is only one person staffing the desk; parking is extremely expensive.

They tried to charge us for valet twice. Then they tried to charge us for our dinner when I paid cash and I showed them proof of receipt. This place is just very very money hungry. There was hair in the bath tub. Make sure you get a balcony because if you don’t, everything is so dark at night, you can’t even see the ocean. Also checkout is at 11:00 AM. If you want check out to be later, they charge you $50 per hour.

As usual Hilton Honors Gold did nothing for us. No upgrades, no perks, no nothing. What a huge decline in Hilton quality. Very disappointing.
-
A very welcoming hotel for any type of stay—whether for business, a family getaway, or a romantic trip. Excellent customer service.
-
Everything was good except for no self-parking, and valet parking cost $75 a day without letting customers know ahead of time. They didn't even have it posted on their website, leaving customers with no choice when they arrived.

This property literally shows the first picture of this pool view and the beach and when I checked in… “it’s under construction until the 31st” but there wasn’t even anything to let us know that… also the MAiN big pool wasn’t even filled and can’t be used.. also you can’t even swim at night.. the room was alright but very annoyed about this because that was the main reason I booked this hotel and i feel like i got played…
