Check in was easy we had to type in a code because we checked in late. Right outside the rooms is a court yard there were people smoking right by the rooms that's all you could smell. Found out it was the help. Bathroom is small including the shower. Showerhead is really low so not good for people 5' 4" and taller and the water pressure was terrible. There are no shelves to put any of your toiletries on. Water from shower gets everywhere. Great location from the beach but a long walking distance from main board walk area. Allowed us an hour late check out but didn't seem happy about it. Floor was dirty and there was black hair in the towels and linens. Good size kitchen counter with two burners if you wanted to cook. Didn't look for pots and pans don't know condition. Good price for being right by the beach and a quick night sleep.

I have stayed here twice and each time the room was perfect. It's super adorable, comfortable and crazily convenient to the beach, which is less than half a block away. The bars and restaurants walking distance from your door and you cannot beat the price! I highly recommended the Tiana!

Great location, only thing there’s no front desk for physical help, we needed toilet paper, they only left us half a roll and no replacement

staff was great and the room was clean, a/c worked great, and bed was comfortable! cannot beat the price and is a block from beach.

Enjoyed my stay. Will definitly be back. Room was clean and pretty .A lot of places in area are outdated but this room was up to date and gave great modern beach vibes . I will definitely be back. Loved walking right out to the beach everyday ..just a few steps away. Thank you

the fridge was not a regular size fridge but a miniature one also from the advertisement online we thought we were going to have a stove but there were no stove which was disappointed all we had was a microwave . This place does not have a pool that was also disappointing to us. Also we had a neighbor that was blasting his music at 4:00 a.m. with no staff on the property or a phone number we have no one to file a complaint with.

Our room was absolutely adorable and looked to be newly updated. I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels, but the room felt very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend Tiana Beach Inn to our friends and family whenever they’re visiting the area. It was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Also would be much better if you could reserve a parking spot without having to pay a fee. That fact that once you leave a free parking spot, someone else can instantly take it. Does add some anxiety to moving your vehicle. Still for the price and the location, it’s a good stay. Very easy to check in and out off.
