Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa

The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them. The final straw was at night. The hallways were almost completely dark, making it very difficult to see. In fact, one member of our group tripped over a rock, broke two toenails, and was bleeding. When I went to the front desk for help, it was closed. There was only a sign instructing guests to call a phone number. When I called, a woman answered who sounded like she was out partying, and I could barely hear her. She told me that turning on the hallway lights was prohibited. To make matters worse, we even found cockroaches in the hotel, and some of the water fixtures were broken and in poor condition. These are basic maintenance issues that should never be overlooked at any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that this hotel was far from cheap. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I loved the beach view and the beach was being and super clean just an advice add a bit more pool beds and umbrellas

We liked the location of the room in reference to the pool, in a closed area which was convenient for our kids.

I enjoyed myself...the beach was breathtaking..the island was beautiful..my living quarters was clean..the staff was very professional..access to the beach was just what I wanted...I would go back to this resort again..n again..thank you

The property was in a perfect location and the room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make a special occasion we were celebrating memorable!

Room was very clean and the view was amazing.

The location is amazing, beachfront, exclusive umbrellas and chairs, no need bring stuff or rent. The hotel looks very new. The property’s restaurant offers an awesome breakfast. It was in construction when we went there. Too much noise early on the morning. They could have breakfast included option for stay.

They are doing a lot of construction on their property. Overwhelming noises all day long.

Had a wonderful time for a weekend. Centrally located, nice pool, on the beach location. We will return!

The room was clean, very inviting. The staff was very helpful. The beach was beautiful, really enjoed the complementary umbrellas and chairs, water warm and crystal clear.

I booked a beachview room and they didn’t give it to me but other than that the hotel is beautiful and the access to the beach is perfect
