Excellent location, good comfortable and quite large rooms

The location was great, plenty of cafés and restaurants around, I explored different breakfast options in the surrounding cafés every night. The nightlife is vibrant on Hong Kong Island so after going to bars it would usually be a 20 minute walk back to the hotel. I found glasses of a previous guest on the ground which puts doubts on the thoroughness of the cleaning, but there was no funny smell, the bathrooms were clean so I was happy.

The centralized airconditioning was hard to control. It would follow some sort of timer or sensor of its own, which led to some hotter hours than we'd prefer.

Location was amazing being right next to entrance of Sai Ying Pun MTR. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and Ferry terminal and Bus to airport also close. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Nothing

They location is good just near to the metro. The staff behavior was very rude and they have no manners at all. They were calling and threatening us on the checkout time. The room is so small and not even a single water bottle kept. Also the location has so bad smell and entering the building itself felt very bad.

Difficult to find initially

The entrance of the hotel is not on the Des Voeux Road, I believe it ised to be there but now it’s in an alley round the corner so at first it was a bit confusing to find.

There was only hot water after 9 pm at night. 4 out of 5 mornings were freezing cold showers. Not enjoyable. Staff were very nice but couldn’t do anything about the situation

Excellent location, friendly staff

The room is spacious and clean. Location is near public transport (underground train, tram, bus all in walking distance). Many shops and resto near hotel. Behind the hotel there is public playground..so the kids can play there. But tne enterance is near traditional market (salty fish shop). So it's not smell good when you go outside..

Location not too crowded Just few km from Sun Yat Sen memorial park, adjacent to the see. Room was spacious, stafffs can speak English, all was comfortable

- Excellent location, in one of the most atmospheric neighbourhoods of Hong Kong. - The room was spacious, which is uncommon in the area. - Multiple public transport options are easily accessible, including trams, buses, and the MTR. - Overall, I was quite satisfied with the value for money. - The folks at the desk were pretty helpful. -The sink was partially clogged and emitted a bad smell. - Several moth larvae were found in the drawers and the wardrobe, which was the main concern. - Room service entered multiple times despite the Do Not Disturb sign being activated.

The access to public transportation is a 100/10. Everything is a few feet away from the hotel. And they have a few Michelin star Chinese restaurants within walking distance. And if you are travelling to Mavau then the hotel is very close to the ferry. Cleanliness was a miss. Sometimes the bed would not be made or even if it was you could still see hair strands on the bed. Also, the water dispenser was on the lobby floor so in case you needed to refill your bottles then you would need to go to the lobby every single time.

Not our first stay here. It’s a clean and spacious hotel. I enjoy the spacing in the washroom where there is a separate shower space. We can lay a couple of large luggages open flat and still walk around. It’s not near the busy parts of Hong Kong but it’s convenient. Located on the main road, tram station and bus stops are 1 min away. It’s also right beside the Sai Ying Pun MTR station A2 exit. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Entrance to hotel is in an alley.
