Amazing location, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Location was very convenient, close to HKG MRT Station, easily reachable by taxi and walk. The room was stylish, well organized and suitable for both leisure and business setting. The bathroom was spacious, with all the needed amenities. Fire alarm at night. But it was occasional. Not happening regularly. Otherwise all is great.

I lived in Hong Kong for five years so when I was traveling back for work, I wanted to stay in a local neighborhood, not in a touristy five star hotel. This property exceeded my expectations. It was located exactly where I wanted to be, the brooms were huge, they were beautifully designed, the staff were so helpful. And the rooms were really clean. Amazing shower and beautiful views. Basically a 1 bedroom apartment with small kitchen. Microwave and a coffee machine. Really comfortable and a very good size for Hong Kong. Great location a few meters from the Central-Midlevel escalator. Loved the bed. Staff very helpful. Recommend

Massive room, comfortable bed where I slept like a baby... The shower I loved how big the shower area with hydro jets amazing!! Proximity wise it is really a strategic location to be in HK. The Staff are so kind and accomodating so thankful for their hospitality.

excellent location, just one block from escalator if you need to get up the hill, walking distance from the all the 'Central' central locations, pier, tramway, etc..; living room is spacious with essential amenities in the kitchen. complimentary chips, water and soda were very welcome after long travel; Nescafe expresso machine - bring your pods! Phillips water filter/heating machine is a big help to get tea or coffee! room slippers, plenty of towels, huge bathroom with very good water pressure! Daily room service is big plus, although not always necessary :)

The suite was amazing, the decor, the cleanness, technology, all on point. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, attentive to our needs. Property was great, location was undergoing some remodelings around which was not great for the outside view.

Room is large and location is convinient. Washing machine in room is advantage. Refregerator is good. Limited Kitchen is helpful, Hotel does not have any dedicated pick up and drop off area. Geting there is a chalenge for drivers. No any usable dinig space. They have bar, but only one elevated chair. We asked about second, but they told that they do not have one. Very strange for high rated hotel. So dininig space is not usable. Kitchen very limited.

I love staying at Hotel Madera. The location and the decor and of course, the staff. Always a pleasure. That I couldn’t stay longer.
