Pacific Marina Inn Airport Hotel

Staff were very friendly but the property was very old and had a bad smell. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever it was on and the rooms are very small. In a pinch, this hotel will do since it is so close to the airport but I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was okay but it was really hot even with the AC on high. The main issue was the ridiculously loud AC. I had to try and cool the room and then turn it off in order to actually sleep. Watching TV was impossible with it on. Turned it on again when I woke at 3:30 am for awhile so I could get back to sleep.

This property is about 5 minutes from the airport, the 24-hour shuttle, and nice staff are the only redeeming qualities. The hotel is extremely old and it shows. I reserved a room with 2 beds, they only had rooms with 1 queen bed. Luckily, we were only staying for about 6 hours. The rooms were cramped with a window AC unit that was extremely loud and drowned out the rain and wind from the outside during Hurricane Lala. The room was cramped and felt like it was once a low-income rental. I would only stay here if you are flying through Honolulu and staying for less than a day.

Hi! I made this reservation a while back & one of d factors that made me decide with them is that parking inside d complex is included. However, I was very disappointed to be informed that I needed to pay $15 a day plus fees for parking. I was told this was effective the week before my checkin. However, I told staff it should apply to those booking on & after d effective date but was told otherwise. I find this deceptive & I sent a message to a Pacific Marina link asking that parking fees be waived for me as this was the arrangement during booking. However, I did not get a response. I hope I’ll get it through this review. They should honor their commitment instead of being deceptive.

On my last night, someone on the room above mine, decide to move furniture late at 9pm and continue doing almost until 11pm. Very disrespectful, I notify the front desk around 9:30pm but the noise continued until 11pm

Close to airport and Kaiser hospital. Very outdated building, fixtures and amenities!

Liked the location near the airport and the fact that they had free shuttle 24 hours. Older outdated rooms like the window A/C that was very noisy and the bathroom fixtures. Bed too soft for my liking but clean and nice location for us by transit. Thanks. I do need my receipt for this unexpected stay. Hotel said Expedia would provide the receipt.

We had a problem figuring out the tv. And there was no phone in the room to call for help.

I liked that the parking was free .It was clean. But Internet was not working they said that someone would be there soon . But nobody ever showed up.Their normal Deposit I thought was steep at $500.00

We had t check out of our previous motel by noon and our flight wasn’t until 9:00p. So we only needed a place for a few hours by the time we reached the motel. But they charged us for a full night stay plus an extra 150$ because there were 3 of us and for getting us in a room earlier than their check in time which was only 30 minutes early. We ended up in the room for maybe 3 hours and they charged 360$ they took total advantage of my situation. It’s sad ppl can’t help one another it’s always that almighty dollar that ppl are after.
