Stayed here with my brother and my 2 friends. The price was reasonable for a budget vacation, staff was great, amazing and very helpful. Only issues we had were the parking which was valet and in front of a busy ABC store. And our room AC did not work properly at all, nor did the bathroom vents. We called the front desk and they sent a HVAC mechanic right away, the issue was fixed with portable fans for the room. They helped a bit, but was hoping for a properly functioning AC.

It’s okay property with great location but property is very dated

The room was spacious clean and well equipped. Nice seating &kitchen area. Shower was a bit hit and miss. Cold water at times.

The street in front of the hotel was also incredibly noisy. I have stayed at other hotels on nearby streets, and they were much quieter. Here, the noise kept me awake throughout the night. Overall, the hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. You can smell a strong, musty odor as soon as you enter the hallway. The entire property feels run-down and badly in need of renovation. It was a very unpleasant stay.

The hotel property was not clean, and the building was very old with an unpleasant smell. Overall, the condition of the hotel was disappointing and, in my opinion, it was not worth the money.

Everything was well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was good but ac did not work well. We experienced rudeness by Lynette S. Working front desk area. AC not working correctly. It barely cooled and did not pull moisture out correctly, so everything felt damp.

Location was amazing and the gent who checked us in was fab, I think his name was Brad, man in his late 50s. Hotel room was 1970s/80s decor but we had a huge balcony/terrace. They had washer/dryer facilities. The room was expensive was two of us but if we were a family it would have been better value. Location wise in the heart of it all but very quiet. Expensive and resort fees when you don’t avail of the pool etc.

The staff at front desk were exceptionally helpful with activities for us. The location amongst the shops, cafes and restaurants was fabulous. Very outdated room. Needs a modern renovation. Bathroom very small.
