Everything The breakfast was standard

The owner Bianca and her family made sure all the guests are comfortable and happy. The room was big with excellent sound insulation: didn’t hear our neighbours at all. The room was warm and morning views of sunrise were magic.

My second stay in Leamwirt! Amazing location, facilities, staff and people. Beds are extremely comfortable, room is spacy, it is absolutely fantastic place. I will visit again! N/A

The main reason for booking this hotel was the (outdoor) swimming pool, but for us it was too cold to enjoy. Breakfast was starting at 7h30, when ski slopes open at 8h. Two spa areas (with different saunas) inconveniently located at different ends of the hotel, and one of them with dangerously slippery floors. No bathrobes provided (available for rent, though). Rather weak wifi in the room.

- The dinner is DELICIOUS! We had the traditional Bauer buffet for one of the dinners, and it was very very tasty! The other dinners were also amazing. - The location is nice - The free underground parking is a huge plus - The bathroom is nice and clean - The staff is nice - the overall style of the hotel looks very good - nice fireworks for NYE - we could not swim in the pool, because the water was too cold. - not necessarily a bad thing, but might be useful for other guests to know that Austrians stay naked in the whole sauna/wellness area. This might be strange and uncomfortable for other guests, especially with kids. - we did not like the room we got (at the ground floor, right under the restaurant). The pictures for the standard double room show rooms with a nice balcony. Unfortunately there was no other room available and we could not change it. The room was quite dark, and there was a lot of noise from the pool area, and from the restaurant. - when we arrived they said that we will have the same table at the restaurant for the entire stay. This means that you cannot choose your table. That was ok for us. However, the second day they moved us to another table, which was also ok for us. But for New Year’s Eve, when we arrived at dinner our table was reserved for someone else, and they placed us at the same table with another family (strangers to us). That was extremely disappointing, awkward for both us and the family. That literally ruined our New Year’s Eve. Imagine making a reservation at a restaurant and when you arrive they place you at some strangers’ table ? unimaginable. - the breakfast could be improved a little
