I had earlier stayed in Fortune Park Sishmo Bhubaneswar. That was a memorable stay. This one did not live up to that expectation. The room looked a bit dilapidated. Only one restaurant was operating although there seems to be three restaurants in the hotel. We checked in the evening. The service staff seemed lazy and did not even offer to carry bags to the room even though I travelled with my elderly parents. There were not many eateries in the vicinity of the hotel either.

This is my first time staying at a Fortune ITC and ITC hotels. I had an excellent and really comfortable experience. Every one of the staffs I met in Fortune ITC are friendly and professional. I want to specifically mention Mr. Bhairab from the Fortune ITC hotel management and the team. They are friendly, kind and provided an amazing service. I'm looking forward to my next stay at ITC- K. Amazing spread of breakfast and very courteous servers. Also the reception was warm and check in was very prompt and quick The property needs renovation as there are some things old and uses.
