The Hamilton - Lakefront & Studio Suites, Hot Springs

Check in was very easy. The room had a gorgeous view of the lake, and being on the ground floor was a bonus. We would come back.

Nice stay for our weekend getaway.

The view was great and the room, itself, was great for the price. The issue was that there was a large group of people partying at the pavilion right next to us. Not only were they too loud for us to use our balcony at all yesterday, but they had taken up the parking spots in front of our room. They were up at 4 am slamming car doors and honking horns right in front of our window, this continued for well over an hour. They have as much right to be there and do whatever they want to do as I do, but it did make it difficult for us to enjoy our time there.

Staff not friendly

Clean sheets without stains and pest control there was spiders and mosquitoes in my room and bed.

The rooms are always clean and the view is amazing. It is definitely our go to place when we visit Hot Springs!

Room was very nice & comfy. Slept so good. All the amenities of home.

The room was clean and the view was amazing! There was a dock you could swim around and it had a ladder to make it easy to get out of the water. I feel it was a perfect distance away from downtown. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay , great view from several spots

Great place and easy to check in

It’s next to the highway, easy to get in and out of. It’s loud but late night the traffic decreases and isn’t an issue.

This place was perfect! Super clean and the cutest decor in the studio unit.

Our stay was great. We were there for a softball tournament and wanted something near the fields. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our kids. Only downfall it is right next to the road, so the cars were a little loud. But I turned on my white noise and slept like a baby. It was perfect for a few teammates to stay for the weekend!

We were only there one night, but the property suited our purpose. The unit was clean, with the exception of some stains on the carpet. The outside balcony/deck area really needs ceiling fans because any breeze is blocked off by the adjoining units. Overall, though, I would stay there again because the price was reasonable.

Beautiful place and very nice having a stove

This place is absolutely amazing and so so clean! I come back many times during the year for many occasions. The balcony’s overlooking the lake are perfect for late nights star gazing and sunsets. The rooms are amazingly clean. It’s the perfect place to stay.
