Nothing Title: Request for Full Refund — Unacceptable Room Conditions, Poor Maintenance, and Possible Water-Damage Concerns I am requesting a full refund for this stay due to the condition of the building and room, the number of maintenance failures, and serious concerns about cleanliness and possible ongoing water damage. This was not a situation where one small thing was missing or inconvenient. The issues began immediately upon entering the property and continued throughout the hallways, room, bathroom, and sleeping area. The overall environment was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and did not meet a reasonable standard for a paid hotel stay. Upon entering the building, there was immediately little to no air circulation. The building felt warm, stagnant, and uncomfortable before even reaching the room. As I walked through the hallways, there was a noticeable mildew-like odor. There was also a lingering smell that suggested the carpets either needed deep cleaning or had retained old moisture, odors, or dirt over time. By the time I reached the room, it was clear that the issues were not isolated. First, the room had an ironing board but no iron. This may sound minor on its own, but it was the first example of the room being incomplete and not properly prepared for a guest. Second, there were no hangers in the room at all. Again, this is a basic hotel-room necessity. A guest should not arrive at a hotel and find that there is nowhere to hang clothing. The largest comfort issue was the air conditioning. The AC unit either did not function properly, had no working climate control, or was locked/stuck at an unusable setting. I could not adjust the temperature to make the room comfortable. During the day, heat from the rest of the building seemed to seep into the room, and the room never fully cooled down. It would get somewhat cooler only later at night. However, once the sun came up—around 6:00 AM—the room would start getting warm again.

This was the best Customer Service I seen in a long time. It's refreshing to know that there are younger employees who can be very courteous and go above and beyond the staff. Here was awesome. Very clean very comfortable. We loved our stay. They accommodated us by putting us on the third floor because my son is 100% autistic and Stem's making a lot of noise and we didn't want to disturb the other guest. Thanks comfort suites
