'Extended stay" is false advertising. There was a kitchen area but it was useless. No pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, napkins/paper towels, no coffee pot or coffee. Even though it was advertised as included. When we asked about it we were told there would be a fee. 'Breakfast included" was a granola bar and coffee. No milk, juice, tea, fruit... nothing. The closet had no hangers. We were told they weren't included and that guests should bring their own. This place is awful. RUN AWAY.. DON'T STAY!

The best thing about this property is the location! The mall and several restaurants are close by. I reserved a suite with mini-kitchen and there weren’t any chairs for us to sit on at the table to eat. There was a $100 (refundable) charge for kitchen utensils, and all I wanted were two forks. There was only one trash can provided for the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn’t even open the curtain for light because there wasn’t a sheer one.

When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated.

Cleanliness and staff were fantastic! The hotel is more like an old motel which is fine but misrepresented when booking
-
No cooking supplies, the hotel smells like mildew/dirty. Carpet smells dirty. Throughout the hotel it smells like Marijuana. They offer no compensation.

good location. comfy room I notified the property that I would be a late check in, after midnight. When I arrived I could only get as far a the door to enter the property and it was locked. A sign instructed me to use the phone next to the door to notify the staff that I arrived. Phone didn't work. I got the "you have reached a number that is no longer......". It was hell but I finally got in. I was asked for items such as ID/payment and the concierge went into a closed room with my items to handle the transaction. He comes back out with paper work for me to sign and again disappears into the closed room. I am not a fan of letting certain items with sensitive information out of my sight. He could have easily rolled up the steel current and handled all this. Then I was given a room that someone was already in. My apologies to the lady I awoke when attempting to get into to her room (232). I think we were both very startled. I went back down stairs and informed the concierge out what happened. Then I was told, "stay here while I go locate a room that is not occupied". How do you not know what room you have issued out??? He then got into the elevator and disappeared. He returned later, by this time I am about to pass out on the chair in the lobby, He says, I'm pretty sure I found you one. He goes into the closed room and brings me a new key card. I go back up to the new room and the door opens. Room is hot and muggy. Grrrrr!!! Shortly after being in the room, The concierge calls the phone in the room and ask me "how is the room? Is everything good? No one is in the room, right?" WHAT???? Is this really happening??? After about an hour, the temp in the room got to where i could a least fall asleep. In my opinion, there is some funny business going on at this property during the graveyard shift.

Breakfast was promised and charged for, but not provided. Not even a water bottle given. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Clean no complain The elevator was not working

The room was what we expected except for the uncomfortable mattress. We also saw some drug use on the property so that was not so good. But it was a central place to where our family lives in Houston and the price was excellent.
