Clean. Restaurant and lobby was beautiful. Customer service was impeccable. The beds were hard and the center of my bed was higher than the sides. The whole mattress seemed to slope downwards on either side making it extremely uncomfortable. I have had two back surgeries and teetering on my side to avoid rolling toward the edge absolutely tore up my back.

The breakfast was typical and the staff was great The a/c was broken but fixed the second day but the room never was dry - bedding, towels, carpet so it smelled unpleasant. The toilet was too low, the tv had no channels that would connect and no guide in room, showerhead too high, curtain torn and ragged and heart monitor on elliptical not working and coffee cold both days.

The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area.

The location was very close to the airport so that was great, room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was very nice filled with options. Worth every penny

My sister and I spent a day in an evening at the hotel, and it was simply wonderful. The staff was warm, professional and courteous. The rooms were quite inviting. The breakfast was off the charts. I highly recommend.

A storm came through earlier in the day before my arrival and the power was out during my stay. The staff was very professional, but I would not have stayed knowing I wouldn't have power.
