We love staying here

Hotel qui ne paye pas de mine de l’exterieur (petit motel coloré) mais qui se révèle incroyable au vu du prix payé. Tres bien situé, proche (10min de marche) de la station de metro CAVALCADE (red line), petit tramway rapide permettant de rejoindre le centre ville de Houston en moins de 20min et pour pas cher (le pass journée coûte 3$). Le personnel est incroyable, d’une gentillesse, et d’une dévotion au client (donne des conseils, souriant, aimable…). Chambre au rdc face à la belle piscine (un peu bruyant mais à des heures raisonables), spacieuse, propre et bien équipée (frigo) avec de nombreuses petites attentions (produits de toilette, gel hydro-alcoolique…). Le parking est gratuit. Le petit dej est inclus et est super (un choix de plat fait sur place à l’assiette, un café et eau citron/concombre bien fraiche), pour ma part j’ai adoré l’avocado toast aux petites tomates :) Le quartier est sécure et plutot calme. Rapport qualité-prix exeptionnel, idéal pour visiter Houston, je reviendrais à coup sûr :) Le seul léger bémol, c’est que l’hôtel a organisé une pool party externe le samedi, donc bruit, musique forte jusqu’à 23h et piscine un peu occupée… Mais ca ne gâche en rien mon séjour dans cet établissement :)

The room was cleaned and it smell good, very spacious and the pool and restaurant looked good. Only thing no microwave either in the room or front office

The pool is so clean and inviting. I stayed in the king suite and highly recommend it.👑

The staff is absolutely amazing but the room beds could have been cleaned a little better they had a lot of dust and crumbs left behind in the sheets

The room they gave me wasn’t clean at all. There were spiders coming out of the tub spout. The room had a stench to it. The security guard asked me twice about the room which lead me to believe that it was some fishy business going on. I didn’t stay at the room and chose another hotel in a different part of town. I couldn’t get my money back because there were no refunds.

The property is super cute and has been nicely renovated. I probably would not bring my kids here lots of partying until the early morning! Loud music and drinking. We had random people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Pool area is very small so there was no room for us to hang out! Restaurant area is very small it shares space with the lobby! It was a very clean hotel and the staff was excellent I just wouldn’t come back with my kids!

It was a great place to stay overall, HOWEVER I COULD not get someone to come clean the room while we were out the room.

“Renovations” were just a bandaid for what needs repaired. Room was not properly cleaned. Amenities were missing in the room. Was not notified of an EXTREMELY loud club like pool party that was going to be happening. Bass was literally shanking my room. Which would have been fine if guests were properly informed and could be prepared.
