Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown by IHG

I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.

We will return

Everything was excellent. We walk to the Toyoya Center and Fanfest!!

Construction around and the World Cup street closures made driving to the hotel difficult using GPS. Overall property was great, room and bedding were comfortable.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and public areas. Valet parking was helpful, a little hard to get to with the construction downtown. Super close to daikin park.

Nice clean Needs a bit more information on the first floor. If it wasn’t for the security guard I would have had trouble to figure things out

Parking not included in the room cost. Wasn't expecting to fork out another $100 just for 1 night of parking. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were great. Loved the shower.

All the staff were awesome and very helpful. Trey was on top of everything. Hotel and room was amazing. It is walking distance from the Astros game. Like extremely close. This will be my go to Hotel when i come to see the Astros for now on.
