Room was so clean and such a nice view of the city.

Check in was great but every other time we went to the front desk they were not helpful at all. Every time we purchased something at the little mart inside the lobby their machine was “conveniently” not working so it got put on my room which I didn’t want. They never had any change, not even to break a ten dollar bill. Because I booked through a 3rd party they said they couldn’t print my check out receipt ( never heard of that before). Last day there they had empty coffee pots and empty breakfast trays even though there was still an hour left before the breakfast closed. Only had muffins and fruits and I waited over 20 minutes for them to refill the hot trays which they never did while I was there. Juice machine was broken all 3 days we were there. Convenient location, clean room. Our last night we were repeatedly woken up by tapping-could not tell what it was or where it was coming from. Comfortable bed but horrible pillows. Still have a sore neck from them.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

The location is incredibly convenient—close to Discovery Green, restaurants and so much of downtown. We also felt very safe. I loved that key-card access limits which floors you can enter, including the pool/fitness areas, laundry floor and your own floor. The fitness center was great—spacious, clean, plenty of machines, cold water, towels and huge windows overlooking the pool and city. The hotel feels brand new, modern and clean. Our room was comfortable, my son LOVED the pool after long, HOT Houston days, and the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was a huge perk! One of my FAVORITE amenities was the self-service laundry room—PRICELESS when traveling several days with a kid, especially with pool days and Houston heat! There’s also a little store IN the hotel with water, snacks, laundry necessities and essentials. If you want even more variety, Urban Street Market is right downstairs. Plus, having an on-site restaurant/bar was so convenient. Most importantly, the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated the extra customer service and care. A fantastic home base for our mom-and-son Houston baseball adventure! ⚾️❤️

This hotel was absolutely amazing very easy to find, very friendly parking/valet. All of the employees were very helpful and thoughtful. Checking in was a breeze, our room was immaculate and smelled so very clean and was it was fully stocked. The complementary breakfast in the morning was awesome and lots of choices of food to choose from again. That lobby was very clean our sons had a blast in the pool and that was very clean and the patio furniture was not worn or tattered. The bar and restaurant service that is in the hotel was awesome. They made the best drinks and had the best barbecue sandwiches and wings. We will be returning anytime we are in the Houston area and I recommend everyone else to book here as well.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for our birthday weekend and to see the Astros play the Rangers. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but I feel like they were not prepared for the large amount of people that were staying there for the baseball game. Just a couple of examples were there was no way to cut the bagels to put them in the toaster, they only served eggs that already had cheese in them and the sausages were extremely dried out. Their pool is only a little over 3 ft deep the entire length so it was very warm from the sun and not really refreshing. The gentleman serving drinks at the bar when we got back from the game was very friendly and we felt so bad for him because he definitely should have had some help. Management really needs to take the upcoming events into consideration when scheduling in the future to take better care of it's customers. The employees were doing the best they could but it was just so busy it was hard for them to keep up.

We enjoy the amenities, the breakfast, the staff and the room. We were disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned entirety when we asked housekeeping to come to our room to be serviced. Overall, it was great and definitely would've let front desk know if we wasn't so tired and leaving the next day.

Check-in & check-out experience was atrocious. No one’s rooms were ready…there were 50+ people in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are very nice given that it is brand new. The staff were all very kind. My review circles around the fact that they have a few kinks to work out related to managing the crowds, especially related to Astros game weekends. The continental breakfast ran out of food quickly and took a while to restock if restocked at all. This included coffee, pastries, and hot items. At one point it was essentially empty and there were 2 more hours left. The folks were working hard to restock as best they could, but they were definitely understaffed and not prepared for so many people. Following one game the bartender was also overwhelmed for so many people waiting to order and definitely needed more support and/or another bartender. I would definitely stay here again and give it a solid 4 stars for a "good" rating because the stay was good.

I didn’t like Expedia double charging me the room overcharging me by $190. I will never be using Expedia again.

The stay was amazing and the location was perfect being that we were attending a game that night so we avoided all of the hustle and bustle of traffic. That being said the valet could’ve used more than one person. I walked in not knowing anything and no one was there to help. I found a sign that said lobby on 5th floor which to me was super random but hey I got there and checked in so that would be my only suggestion: more valet staff or a greater on the ground floor.
