The room was clean and big. The room was hot at night. We turned down thermostat but it never cooled down. The parking situation is a joke. We have to pay an outrageous amount to park car.

I liked the property was in Downtown Houston. No parking. Valet is $58.00 a night parking garage is $40 every time you move your vehicle. The staff is nonchalant, bedding was not in the closet

Place is clean. Some staff is friendly. There’s lotion in the room. No issues with hot water. Ac not working well. Had to pay for parking/valet since there is no designated parking for the hotel. Phone is not working. Maintenance never came And fix. No daily housekeeping which info was not provided up front

Property was very conveniently located for the purpose of our trip to Houston, walking distance to Daikin Stadium, rail platform, and restaurants. Staff was helpful, courteous, professional, and very friendly. Common area and room were very clean and comfortable. Although we did not enjoy the egg dishes offered at breakfast the others options were more then acceptable and offered plenty of variety and choices. We did not visit the lobby bar or exercise room. Lots of constructions taking place around the hotel so we had to meander a little to get to our destinations but this did not hamper our stay or enjoyment would stay here again if I find myself headed back to the area in the future.
