Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
-
Convenient to MD Anderson Hospital with good shuttle service. The restaurant is decent and the staff helpful.

Stayed there 5 nights, running toilet was never fixed.

We were pleased with our view from our room on the 9th floor...it was beautiful and that's where it ended. So starting with our bathroom....we had a half roll of toilet paper. When I asked housekeeping for a roll ...she gave me a roll of paper towels and then 1 roll of paper. I also asked for a garbage bag and she gave me one....I asked for an additional one as we were staying 4 nights and had a pet so cleaning our room was unnecessary. She told me no (even when i explained why) I needed more and I had to call the desk to get more. Housekeeping at this location is extremely rude to guests, takes over the elevators and instructs guests to use the stairs as they need the elevatirs for 30 minutes at a time. That is an issue for guests that have physical limitations (arthritic) The very next day the elevators were down to 1 from 3 and wait times and crowding was crazy. The breakfasts started well until I went by myself several times and servers continued to remove plates off my table that I was not done with the 2nd time I went back from food stations to find someone at my table as they had thrown everything away even after i told the staff not to remove it and I was still sitting there. One evening we decided to try dinner there. It was extremely overpriced for low quality food.My husbands tacos were bad.Staff told us that is how its made.Period! Bad stay!

Wallks were so dirty the towels were dirty there was dirty spots on the carpets all rooms and the beds were so hard!!

The room smelled like dog pee and mildew, the housekeeping staff were loud in the hallways, there was literally never anyone at the front desk when I called, there were dogs barking all hours of the day and night in people’s rooms, all but 1 elevator worked, they had these huge drying fans everywhere (hence the mildew smell), the room never got cooler than 75 even though it was set to 68. Would definitely not recommend

I didn’t get the handicap room that I booked and the room I had only had a shower. The bathroom door was also broken. The staff did what they could but the hotel was full.

Everything was amazing. The pool was awesome and we especially enjoyed. The breakfast.

We will never stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel to friends or family. I reserved and paid for a room weeks before my stay only to be told, during check in, that my room was given away. Who does that?! The front desk person tried her best to help us. She tried switching our reservation over to a king suite which idk how that would have worked for 5 ppl but the reservation wouldn't switch over. She found a double queen available but when we got to the room, it was a disaster. It was supposed to be listed as out of order. She eventually found us a double bed available but couldn't refund the difference because I paid in advance. Very disappointing. Never again.

Good hotel Had to ask for clean towels one day
-
Stayed in a suite. Loved the space but toilet did not flush first day then was a pain to use. Kitchen floor needed to be sweeped. Staff was great, breakfast was great.
-
Cold room, it was set at 64 degrees when I got there, but with the heat its understandable they have it that cold. Staff was great, they were able to give us the best way to get to NRG stadium to avoid parking fees for the World Cup. Buffet was simple, basic eggs and oatmeal, potatoes and cereal. But it was a good hotel really close to the stadium.
-
Close proximity to doctor’s office. Staff and food were excellent.
-

Great Service!

Both nights that I stayed there they had power outages. The first night the power went on and off all night and the second night it went out completely around 2 AM and didn't come back on before I checked out around 5 AM. Thankfully I had packed my bags before I went to bed and I did a sweep of all my belongings before I went to sleep. It was very hot in the room without A/C and it was so dark. The only light was from my cell phone flash light. I was not able to shower and I had to go without doing my hair and makeup. That would have been fine but I was headed to the airport and needed to look decent for the meeting I had when I landed so I was pulling myself together at the airport bathroom which was gross.
