You could not find a better location for Pine Knob. It’s just down the road. The room was very clean. It had a few worn out spots, floors walls, but it was very clean. Staff was WONDERFUL. I had an issue with how I did my reservation. Brooke at the front desk was so helpful, determined to take care of it. She ended up upgrading our stay. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman running breakfast was fantastic also. My husband asked if the frittatas had meat. When she found out we were vegetarians she cooked some fresh ones without meat. The only issue was that the pool was closed. I always look for a hotel with a pool and we were in town 2 nights for 2 concerts.

The room was clean and orderly. The AC was capable of cooling the room. Check in was quick and easy. The bathroom plumbing was inadequate and/or faulty. The sink drained slowly and water flow was paltry. The toilet flush linkage required push and hold for 10 seconds to complete a complete flush. There was no ceiling lighting directly above the sink and the wall sconces next to the mirror were grossly inadequate. The plumbing and lighting were fine in the shower booth. All of this was communicated to front desk staff upon check out.

Stayed only one night but the staff were pleasant and the property was well maintained. The room was also clean. Did not make it to breakfast but it was offered. There was lots of parking.

It was a beautiful hotel I love the entire experience of using Expedia to book my stay through the hotel it was cheaper and more convenient and comfortable!

I have stayed at this hotel before which is why I chose to stay there again. It is perfect if you are coming from out of town and going to Pine knob musical hall. It’s a 15 minute walk from the venue, which is awesome. That’s the main reason why we stay here. It’s also very safe, clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly.
